Finding the right watch was the easy part, and Tom Holland was very accomodating. However, after the purchase, once funds had transferred and cleared, the communications was lacking. Giving you are buying on-line, and there are so many scams out there, not receiving regular updates on the status of the purchase, and associated postage and couriering of the watch was fairly poor. I found I only received information if I chased it and then it was not very detailed. My wife is very happy with the watch, but getting to that point was quite stressful.

I had a message straight away when I enquired about the item. I paid then heard nothing, I sent an email to customer service but no response. A different person then contacted me to advise that my item was being sent. I then got a response from customer service 3 days after I received the item, two weeks after I sent the message. Nice item, simple transaction but marred by poor communication

The watch is a 40th birthday present for my son in law from my daughter. He has no idea he’s getting it even though she promised him 10 years ago. I can’t tell you what the response will be until he gets it but both my daughter and I are very happy with the process of getting this surprise present. Thank you very much for your efficiency and the excellent condition of the watch.

From the start communication was great, all the details were explained upfront, no surprises. Transaction was smooth and the best was how quickly everything was organised and dispatched. Watch was sent from the UK on weds and received it on monday. Found the watch that I've been looking for at a reasonable price and very happy that everything went great.

Once a price was negotiated and payment made the service was very prompt and delivery was made quickly. A little disappointing to find I paid AUD$5,500 + import costs only to find the case back screwed on upside down. Other than that I would recommend.

I have been very happy with my entire purchase process. I had put an offer on a watch, which was replied to within 24 hours. Once the transaction was confirmed, I had security and identification checks ensuring my banking details were secure. From there, I had a tracking number sent and the watch was delivered from the UK to Australia in under 2 weeks.
