He was very polite and explained everything with no pressure into selling my gold.I would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of selling any jewellery not to go anywhere else.The previous day we went to a mobile jewellery buyer and they offered us £600.00 less at what we received from Paul .I can’t thank Watches of wales for there honesty and fantastic customer service.
