Unfulfilled order with no response from company order place February 21, 2026
I placed my order on February 21, 2026. On February 23, 2026, I received an email stating that my estimated delivery date would be February 26, 2026. However, on February 27, 2026, I was notified by DHL Express that my shipment had been placed on hold because additional information was required. I was informed that my package had been flagged and that I needed to complete a watch/clock worksheet, which I submitted on March 3, 2026.
After submitting the requested form, I contacted DHL for an update and was told that no further processing could occur unless I provided my Social Security card or tax documents. I made it clear that I was not comfortable providing this information due to a recent identity theft incident. DHL then informed me that without this documentation, the package would be returned to Watches of America. On March 9, 2026, I received confirmation that the package had in fact been returned.
I emailed Watches of America on March 16, 2026, for the second time, after multiple phone calls and voicemails that have gone unanswered. Despite advertising 24/7 availability, I have received no response by phone or email. The phone number listed is a WhatsApp number, not a standard business line, and it has been impossible to reach anyone.
At this point it's April 7, 2026, I have neither received my watch nor a refund. The lack of communication and failure to resolve this matter is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company, as customers are left without their product, without their refund, and without any reliable means of contact.

The fake watch brand
I bought the Marc Jacobs watch, and right àter I unboxed the box, I found that it was a fake watch! The trap is so bad; it has a peeling and ugly quality. Give my money back. I was frauded! The dial is even stained and rusty. The details of the band are incredibly cheap—such an unfortunate order. I sent an email to them, and they haven't responded yet.

I’ve told them that I’ve communicated With a few agencies that would help me receive my refund, but when I try to get a hold of them it’s damn near impossible.

Knock-off Nox Bridges?
Bought a watch for about $130. Wore it for less than a week and the "leather" strap started peeling. Then it stopped keeping correct time(this is 10 days after I received it). Customer support suggested I go to a jeweler and get a new battery! What?! I said no, I didn't think I should have to shell out more money, for a battery, less than 2 weeks after receiving. I just wanted to return it, and be done. Their answer was to send me a new watch and tell me to keep the other. I didn't want to keep something that I didn't pay for(bc I'd have 2 watches now). Nope, they insisted. I received the new watch. Good news-still keeping time. Bad news-strap started peeling, again, almost immediately. So the watch sits on my night stand. I do not believe these watches are actual NoxBridges, I think they're a knock-off

But both bands have deteriorated too rapidly to be able to wear them often or at all.
Noxbridge is almost unresponsive to recognizing the fact that these vegan bands are so fragile.
They offered a $20 discount to replace them, but after three months these bands shouldn’t have cracked so easily.

Beautiful watch just as pictured on the website, and the price couldn't be beat by any other site I searched.
I was surprised that the watch shipped from Dubai and I live in NC. The shipping was fast and the watch was in a nice sturdy case with all the paperwork. Packaged very well for the long trip.
My purchase was a women's Michael Kors watch.
I would not hesitate to purchase from Watches of America in the future.

Fake watches
They promise authentic products. Bought some Nixon watches that were VERY fake. Had a local retailer verify that they are fake. I have emailed this company 3 times in the last month with zero responses. This is a scam website. Don't be a fool like I was.

The reply from them that you see here is absolutely B.S.!!! Here it is a year later and instead of them replying to my email, they write this lie. I eventually took the watches to 2 shops to try and sell them and neither of them would purchase these watches, not even for $20 for all 3. I gave them to a friend's kid.

NO RETURNS!
since we are buying online, it is very important to be able to return an item, especially if it wasn't even taken out of the package, since it's hard to tell what they look like on each person.
