Bad feedback

This website claims to sell original watches, but I discovered that it is misleading. The watch was sold to me as original and at a very high price, but in reality it started malfunctioning after very limited use.

I contacted customer service for repair since the watch is supposedly covered by a two-year warranty. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely poor. There were long delays in responses, lack of proper communication, and behavior that felt like underestimating the customer’s intelligence.

In the end, they said they would “fix” the watch (possibly just by using adhesive), but until now no one has come to collect it. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience, and I do not recommend dealing with this website.
