SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COST

Purchased a watch for my son’s birthday. Upon purchase I have paid and read the delivery policy which said 1-3 business working days to receive my purchase. It’s a week now and they still have not even dispatched the watch which is so disappointing as it will now not arrive on time. I have contacted the company via their website and a second time via my email- no response whatsoever. I had to contact my bank to flag this issue and they refunded.

I wished I had read the reviews before even purchasing from this company which I now believe is a complete scam.

I brought in a cuckoo clock from 1961, it was in pieces. I asked him to make it run, they took on the restoration of the entire clock. I am overwhelmed with happy. Thank you so much for making this affordable and beautiful.

1 star is being generous... Absolutely horrendous company. Ordered a new watch after I lost mine and it never arrived. Customer service keep you on hold and say they will put you through to a manager but they are never available. Contacted them on all social media channels and had no response. Had to go to PayPal and my bank to get my money back 3 weeks later!

Ordered and paid for a Fossil watch for a birthday present, guaranteed next day delivery. The watch never arrived, and they use a phone answering company to shield / screen calls.
This is a fraudulent operation - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
American Express are no investigating them for fraud.

Stay away from this company! They are unprofessional and dishonest. They take your money and do not send goods. Customer Service is non-existent- either telephone or email. I ordered a watch on 12/05/2018 , paid for next day delivery and am still waiting. I contacted both 0800 telephone numbers listed, spoke to two men on each line who sounded extremely vague. Nothing came of either phone call. Now both numbers are unanswered. I emailed with no reply. Now my bank M&S is prepared to return my monies to me as I have no further means of communication with these people. You have been warned!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Received a damaged, dirty, scratched and possibly fake “brand new” Maserati watch. Had to get my bank to refund me after being completely ignored by the company whom I purchased from. Have contacted trading standards as the service I received was absolutely abysmal, and honestly do not believe they sell authentic watches as mine came with no tags or protection stickers. Do not order from Watchavenue, absolute waste of time and caused a lot of unnecessary stress.
