I took my Christopher Ward watch to Watch Hub in Queensgate, Peterborough for appraisal and repair. I was surprised to find that they do this on the premises behind a glass screen. I also took a much older Rotary Quartz watch that needed some TLC and a new battery. The efficient and articulate young man explained the process and costs and said it would all take about 2 hours. It turned out that the CW watch had a loose screw inside which had stopped the works. He refitted it and charged me only for the resealing and 'mini-valeting' of the bracelet. About 1/10th of what CW would have charged me.
He had also polished out the scratches on the Rotary's glass, mended the bracelet and put in a new battery, all for £35. He was spot-on about the time, too.
From now on there is only one place for watch repairs: Watch Hub.

The Watch Hub managed to repair a watch with huge sentimental value that had gone through the washing machine at a very reasonable price which a local jeweller had said was uneconomic to repair. Really happy with the watch and have a lovely new strap as well. Also fixed another watch for me where two of the numbers had fallen off, again done at a good price. Was kept informed all the way through. Excellent service all round.

The store is situated opposite Warren James Jewellers in the Queensgate centre. I had a watch imported from abroad that arrived not working, The person that dealt with me was polite friendly and very professional. He replaced the battery which got the watch working and for a very good price. Watch Hub will now be my first post of call for any watch related needs.

I have a Hamilton Masterpiece watch, presented to me by my then employer nearly 30 years ago. Not been worn for probably 10 years. The battery had failed, and leaked. Hamilton wanted £450 plus for a repair. Spoke to Watch Hub, sent it back by RM special delivery. Great communication advising that the watch looked to be OK, they would service it, keep it on test, then give it a spruce up. Back today, in perfect condition. Best it's looked in years. And with an 18 month guarantee. £60! Excellent.

Great service! On line quote request, callback the next day with emailed details, sent watch RM signed for, called me next day when they'd got it, repaired and returned same day. Great price! What's not to love.

Very slick service - after e-mailed 'estimate', I sent watch (using Royal Mail secure delivery) had phone call next day, arranged payment and watch was sent back following day (secure delivery)

I am so delighted to have finally found a place to replace one of my watches' straps, due to its small width & no shops could help me out. Nathan was brilliant, very helpful & friendly. Thanks for the lovely service I got on the day & on collection of it.

I have used a similar service previously and had a terrible experience so was a little worried about sending my watch - absolutely no need to worry at all! From my first contact I was assured of the service and it was exemplary! Sent my much loved well worn Rolex fir some TLC The guys at Peterborough, in particular Nathan Davies was very helpful. He gave me lots if details and options for the work needed for my watch. The work took longer than expected to delay beyond the Watch Hubs control. I was always kept up-to date and this reassured me. My watch has returned looking like new, cant thank you all enough fir taking furst class care for me. Arrived well packaged and gleams once again on my wrist!

Sent my Citizen Eco-drive to the Watch Hub for a replacement crown. They did a great job. Very professional from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Quoted over £100 for service of my DKNY watch and Watch Hub did a marvellous job for half the price. Rang me to confirm they had received the watch and then rang back a few days later to say it was ready. Very impressed with the service and would recommend highly to anyone. I have a solar charging watch for which the battery had discharged too far so had died. I had tried numerous locations for getting this fixed, including the UK branch of the manufacturer and nobody was interested. I tried Rpair.com, and Watch Hub were the only ones to return a quote.
Throughout the repair process, the communication was absolutely first-rate; I was always informed what was going on, how long it would take and what it would cost.
I can't comment on how competitive the price was as there were no other quotes, but it certainly seemed very reasonable to me.
Couldn't recommend more highly.

Very occasionally as a customer you receive service that is of such a superior standard that it stays with you. My experience with Nathan Davies @ the Peterborough branch was truly exceptional. The hour hand on my watch was running fast, nobody was interested in helping me out until I found Watch hub. Quality communication; Nathan displayed great knowledge of his craft, they charged me a fair price & returned the watch to me very promptly with a 12 month guarantee. I had a Vostok Komandirskie that needed a new movement. They spoke to me on the phone soon after I emailed them, and outlined what the price could be depending upon the issue. Once they had the watch in to examine I had another call outlining/confirming the problem. The watch was returned quickly and the estimate was exact. All up front, and if I wasn't happy with the price I could have had the watch returned at no charge (except, I think, a few quid for postage). Great service at a fair price. I know where I'll be taking my next repairs.

Sent my Gucci watch to be repaired as it was loosing time. The watch hub gave me a price over the phone and I sent it away.
I was a bit apprehensive in doing this but the communication was great, called me when they received it, assessed it and when it would be returned.
The watch came back to me like a brand new watch all cleaned and shiny 😁
Def recommend and their prices are a fraction of what Gucci would have charged.

Sent my citizen eco watch to them as the Capacitor had packed up, they replaced that and cleaned my watch sent it back in 10 days. Excellent Service
