In breach of GDPR law

Publishes personal data of living people without consent and does not respond to requests to remove such data, therefore in breach of GDPR law. If you are affected you can complain to their website host and domain registrar, which is currently Blacknight, the .ie Domain Registry (weare.ie), the Irish Data Protection Commissioner and you also can request Google removes any links which contain your personal data.

Update: after contacting their webhost eventually they removed my data. Still this has been a bad experience.

Have asked this company to take down…

Have asked this company to take down information relating to the deceased. Wills are publicly available in Ireland, so this service is not needed, and exploits people without proper information. Also there are no names on site, so this is very very suspect. Suggest avoiding at all costs and the person responsible is clearly not to be trusted and frankly expoiting grief for profit.

Gives inaccurate results for wills in…

Gives inaccurate results for wills in Ireland. It says people left no will when In actual fact some did. Very misleading and causes a lot of unnecessary mistrust among families. Avoid this site.
