Charged an extra £132 for garden waste…
Charged an extra £132 for garden waste that was mixed, i.e greenery and soil.
Load was full after 2/3 of the soil was taken so none of the separated greenery was collected. The extra charge still stood. Get a skip

Terrible service
Terrible service. Skip arrived two days late and wasn’t collected for FIVE weeks, even though I kept calling every week. Only after my client complained did they finally take it away. Never again.

Never used before so not sure what to…
Never used before so not sure what to expect. Booked via email chat. The only problem I had was that I needed to know that it was booked for an AM slot as I was not at the property the waste was to be collected from and again was`nt sure how early they started. As it happened I went to the property at 8.00 just to be sure. They turned up at 10:30, waste collected and were gone, after which I get a text to say they were 5 minutes away ! Overall I was happy but better communication would be appreciated.

The booking processes was clear and straight forward. I booked the skip in advance, but unfortunately due to a delay in completion. I had to cancel and maybe book on a later date, when I have had the keys.
The team were understanding in delibg with my request.
