I use Laundryheap in Dubai and always happy with their service that’s why I decided to trust fully use it in Paris as well and it was my biggest mistake ever. I gave two bags of laundry where one was for wash and one with delicate and expensive clothes was for dry clean. I was horrified when received my clothes back!!! I don’t know what have been dying to my YSL silk shirt and pants as it was all damaged with wholes in it (and when I gave it it was totally new in excellent condition and just worn 3 times). The set was shrink we in size and faded. My silk Tom Ford pants completely faded and lost their shine and color and look like a rag for cleaning!!! I’ve never seen any laundry treating the clothes in such a careless way!!!! More than horrible experience!!!!

Please avoid this company at all cost!! I gave them 2 kg for washing and a jumper to dry clean. They returned the washing (minus a pair of socks) but they never returned the jumper. For 3 days I emailed them and called them but no reply. Also the washing came back still essentially wet and two of the T-shirts had a weird staining on them. It’s absolutely vile that they can operate at all as a business. It’s completely a scam.

Worst scam I've seen in France.

We were suggested by the hotel to use this service, they were late, then instead of sending us back the 5 pieces of clothing, they sent 3. They stole 2 pieces.

No one replies to any email, or picks up the phone.

I'm considering suing them, and all of us scammed should to a class action against these scammers.

If we join forces they will have to close this scam of a online service.
