Couldn’t of asked for a better service. We telephoned one day and they came out the next day. Apparently we had the biggest wasps nest the guy had ever seen in our loft. The best was sprayed and we never saw another wasp after that day. We got a guarantee with it as well which was great reassurance. Would definantly use again ++++++

Did an excellent job getting rid of the wasps around the house. Professional from beginning to the end.

We discovered a wasps' nest in the garden (the hard way) on a Saturday night. Sunday morning they sent out an exterminator and presto! no more wasps. And everything is guaranteed or they'll come back for free. Can't say fairer than that.

Rapid service - came next day to deal with a wasp nest. Took a short time and wholly dealt with the problem.

The chap that came to rid me of a wasps nest was very understanding. I lost my husband earlier this year, something that he would have done. My only problem is how to get rid of the nest that is in my loft.

I will try to look in the loft when the weather is colder, knowing that there are no wasps around at that time of year, but whether I'll be brave enough to actually go into my loft remains to be seen.

Friendly and helpful when on the phone and they arrived the same day. The guy took us through a few scenarios of what it could be and what the solution would be depending on the type and size of the wasp nest.
Once he took a look, he told us what he was gonna do and completed it all within half an hour. We have not had any problems with any buzzing pests since. I felt very confident in their ability and professionalism and would definitly recomend them.

Convenient and efficient same day call out - I didn’t even need to be at home

Booking visit ok. On the day of visit the guy turned up before the two o clock time slot around 13.45. He left after speaking to my parents and said would call later even though he told them his phone battery was dead. I arrived home at 13 .50. Missed him by a few minutes . If he had waited until the time slot I would have been home. He did not call back I rang the office straight away and was told someone else would come. Next guy arrived late evening after 19.00. He was ok and did the job but had to return next day to remove nest. He did his job. Not really impressed with overall experience as I think cost is very high at £202 . Should really get some refund as over priced for quality of service on this occasion
