Hotpoint Actiivecare NM11844 white

I purchased a Hotpoint Actiivecare NM11844 white washing machine on the 8th September 2021 delivered and installed 13th September 2021. On 30th June 2022 smoke was coming out of my washing machine the engineer advised drum had slipped and was rubbing against the seal he reset the drum
On 17th August 202 it was smoking again when the engineer arrived he advised to change the drum and seal but advised rear spider loose, nuts and threads damaged, suspension loose, and bearing had collapsed then advised out if stock of drum and seal and no idea when it can be mended. I have been on to Whirlpool for them to exchange this washer as it is not fit for purpose they have refused, I have email to there CEO and have not had any reply this is a manufacturing fault and I really advise no one to buy this machine, my other Hotpoint washing machine was 10 years old I had no problem I just wanted an updated machine how wrong was I this is not what I would call after sale care . This washer is 11 months old still not repaired and still not fit for purpose I want it exchanged
