Fahim did an incredible job
Fahim did an incredible job. This is probably the best and most meticulous valet I've seen in my 20 odd years as a motorist. The exterior paintwork looks flawless, the glass crystal, and he managed to hoover up every spec of dirt and dust from the interior carpets and upholstery. It all looks brand new. I couldn't recommend Fahim any more highly. Expert work!

Didn't seem to know what they were doing
I couldn't access the quotes at first, only in Incognito mode. When I finally could, they were really expensive - however, when I actually looked at the detail of the quotes, they were all for a totally different car, hundreds of miles away. I pointed that out to them and they never got back to me! Total waste of my time taking photos and videos and conversing with them.
UPDATE, 22nd JULY 2026: You'll see a reply from them two days ago saying that they have since been in touch to see how they can help. This is nonsense, I have received no contact from them whatsoever.

Messed up my interior leather with grease marks on a brand new vehicle, utterly shambolic.
Avoid this firm used silicon based sprays on brand new leather, utterly shambolic. Refused to do anything about it. Never will use again.

Fantastic. Lovely guys turned up in the time slot, so friendly and needed nothing except access to the car. They didn’t even need water. The car, which was pretty filthy, looked a billion dollars at the end. Second time I’ve used WashDoctors and not the last - and am spreading the word!

Our experience with wash doctors as detailers!
We've been partnered with wash doctors for a few months now, and the experience has been second to none. They take a look at your calendar, including the location, and keep your calendar filled up with plenty of bookings, which as detailers we know can be hard to do from time to time. They make the experience seamless, with constant support on hand if you ever need anything.
The app from a detailers POV is easy to use, and has everything laid out simply, from the clients contact details, to their location and vehicle details.
If your a detailer looking to level up your calendar with high value bookings and work, we would definitely recommend using wash doctors!
Alongside this, when we've spoke to clients in regards to their booking experience, nobody has had a bad word to say which is always good to see.
