It's really too bad, they had genuinely cool designs, but I had similar issues to many of the other complaints on here.. It has been probably four years since I placed my last order with them. Not sure how they could ever recoup with all of the orders that didn't get filled. And it was a "stylistic" choice not to grow in company size.. At least that was the excuse they gave me, all the while posting updates every day. What's the point of recording and posting, if you're not getting your products out to Paying Customers. Boo

Web site no longer active, received notice from Federal Bankruptcy Court in Pennsylvania that Warrior Culture Gear Inc have filed for Bankruptcy. evidently my outstanding orders were large enough to let me know WCG is insolvent.

I purchased two t-shirts in May 2024. I had purchased them since they were supposed to ship out asap. I wanted them for fathers day. When the end of June came around and I still hadn't received any shipping info etc. I reached out to customer service. No response. Sent another message a week later still nothing. This has been the norm. I finally received an email back in August since they saw I was super upset. They shipped out 1 of the 2. I was told the 2nd t-shirt wasn't made yet and they would get on that asap. It's now end of November and nothing. I still reach out weekly and get NO response. Now their website doesn't work, the email says undeliverable and I have no way of contacting or getting a refund. SO ANGRY!

Ordered several shirts from them in Nov 2023 and Dec 2023. Never received any and now see their sites are all taken down, except a UK Instagram site. How do we band together to sue and get our money back?! These guys are fraudulent!

I like many other posted here have been a victim of the Warrior scam. I have numerous orders outstanding from all the way back to 2022. Even had one large order shipped but the shipping label was to the wrong address. When I contacted, I got the oh sorry...we will see if we can refill and ship back out..second contact said they had the items and would ship..thats been about 4 months and nothing but promises. My option now is to contact by card company and report it as fraud and let them recover my money.

They do not fulfill orders in a reasonable time and they have horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting nearly 3 months and have gotten nothing.

I ordered a shirt in march of 2023 and one July 2023, the one order in march has since been taken off of the production list, I’ve been blocked now on the email and keep getting sent an auto response email about a death in the family yet I get three email ads from them daily trying to “sell” more shirts , they had no problem taking my money and then to block me when I ask about my long over due orders ? ,no way I’m ever throwing my money at this “veteran” again , 35% off of a shirt that I never get ?? jerk

I ordered 2 shirts from them last year and only received one. After a few emails we agreed they'd send me a different shirt. Here it is almost a year later. Still no shirt and they don't even respond to my emails anymore. And this is after I've bought almost 20 items from them.

I have orders still pending after two years. No answers to email. They used to have them on their productions lists, but it's no longer there. Don't know if they did make them or if they just decided not to print it. Highly disappointed. They have made me turn away from small businesses, veteran owned or not. I'm surprised they still keep advertising new product, when they can't keep their promises.

DO NOT ORDER. Placed an order in April 2023 and as of today have still not received goods.
Was told in Jan 24 goods were completed and ready to send out. I chased them up again in March and was told they were shipping next week.
Have sent several emails since with no response from WCG at all. The T shirts I ordered were " product specific " for certain comic book characters - and the hype for these has now gone and passed - I mean waiting a year and a half for T-shirts is crazy
I have previously ordered several T shirts from them over several orders and usually have no issue ( long waiting time - but have received ) and the shirts are great quality.
It is the waiting time and lack of customer service that is utter crap and yet they continue to take peoples money and advertise for all these new Tshirts that are upcoming, yet cannot service current or previous orders.
From reading other reviews, apparrently the wait is getting longer and lack of customer service is getting worse

I’ll jump in on this review. This company is crap and a complete scam. I placed a few orders SEVERAL years ago, and after messaging with their “customer service” received nothing but BS and the runaround. Please steer clear of this company. They wil take your hard earned money and run.

This company is a scam. Ordered 4 shirts almost a year ago and still have not received items. Owner of the company blocks anyone on social media who complaims or criticizes his business while continuing to post new items with other customers having orders that are 2 or more years old that have not been fulfilled. The dude is a dishonest POS and should be in jail for all of the money he has stolen over the years.

Do. Not. Buy.

Look at the hundreds of reviews online of people that they have screwed over.

I had an order a number of years ago that never got fulfilled but did get my money back for that one. Made the mistake of ordering again in October of last year since pandemic had wound down and it's been over 9 months and still no product. Furthermore they have since stopped responding. Last time I received an "update" was in March.

I put in an order for shorts in October 2022 it is now July 2023 and have yet to receive items! I messaged them and got the run around that they working on the order, that was March 7th. They have ignored my emails since then. It makes me mad that they keep posting new merch but yet to fulfill orders from last year!
