Very disappointed with the service.
Our claim was registered on May 26, and we were initially told it would be resolved within a few business days.
Instead, it has taken almost two months. Throughout the process, we had to keep calling ourselves just to get updates.
We were only offered replacement options from a few specific stores, but none had a suitable model within the approved compensation amount.
Because of these delays, we had to hire people to maintain our lawn.
The biggest issue was not the outcome itself, but the poor communication, missed deadlines, and complete lack of respect for the customer’s time.
I would never recommend to choose this company.
