AS I HAVE PREVIOUSLY STATED YOU CANT GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR OTHERWISE THIS COMPANY WOULD RECIEVE -10 STARS. IT HAS THE MOST DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I HAVE JUST BEEN TOLD (FOR THE FORTH TIME) MY REFUND WILL TAKE 5-10 DAYS...IT WILL NOT IT HAS ALREADY TAKEN 67 DAYS AND 50 EMAILS WITHOUT SUCCESS

The same as all the other reviews on here. NOT UGGS, but at that price I wasn't really surprised. I didn't expect crappy boots in a plastic bag though. Asked to return them, they said don't worry, we have no space in the workshop, keep them and we'll process a refund anyway! - I mean really? As if! Suffice to say, boots still in plastic bag, no refund, and reply to e-mails have stopped. Will be contacting Facebook, MyShopify and my bank's fraud department. Lesson learned.

Disgusted…. Coat took over a month to arrive and is a cheap copy. Customer service emails are virtually non existent and come in different languages. Asked for a refund numerous times. Avoid at all costs. This is a scam

I wish I read those reviews before I bought the product. It’s a scam. Advert on Facebook for people to believe. Never again reporting them to authorities. Hope I get my refund.

Absolute scammers!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
One month on, plenty of empty promises and still no refund.
Absolute rubbish quality boots, and customer money is probably used on advertising their fancy website.
Shame on facebook for allowing theses scammers and their fake reviews! Am taking legal action as China has tougher laws than the UK when it comes to scammers!

Update 13/02/2023: Just received my refund after much time and effort wasted, back and forth that could have been avoided.
Lesson learned!

Warner Outlet online total disgusting how you treat customers, my boots I ordered are atrocious still waiting for you to get back to me after 20 plus emails and messages from last 2 weeks

Oh wow, this company should be reported to trading standards, what a complete farce!!! I ordered Ugg ankle boots and I didn’t get what was advertised on FB, surely they should be accountable for advertising this fraudulent company and removed from their site!!! The boots are such poor quality and not what was advertised on the website. Has anyone managed to get their money back yet? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Definitely are not uggs cheap horrible, waste of money. Took 2 weeks to arrive, you will be very disappointed if you buy these, they have gone in the bin.

Still waiting for a reply and refund, sent them a LOT OF EMAILS, wish I could put a picture on here of the boots ugg, I ordered and what I received. Unbelievable.

Total scam im the picture they have UGG on the side and thick white fur lining the boots ! They never even came in a shoe box just a plastic bag . Poorly made boots using very cheap materials nothing like the picture. It is false advertising and I dont understand how they can get away with it. Dont buy from them ! A total rip off!
