Utterly Incompetant
First ordered in Feb, after a number of delays we finally had a June fit date.
Then we get told on the day before install date.
"We are still not in a position to start your installation on Monday although rooflight windows are a stock item generally we can order them the day before we are due to do the install which we done today but we wasn’t aware with blinds they are special order we will still be looking at another 2 to 3 weeks until we can undertake the install"
and then the reply to my complain contains.
"we have always stated that Velux windows were a stock item and can be ordered to collect next day.
Yours is not Velux, Velux will not work in your aperture, we were not aware of this, as we only do rooflight windows occasionally."
I am at this point really not sure they have any idea right now what they need to get.. and the end of the email.
".....and doesn’t fell comfortable to continue with your installation."
