Warmly Lights

To the extent this is the same outfit behind warmlylights.com, it's a scam operation. I ordered multiple pendant lights, and received a 4 inch acrylic Christmas tree night light with an estimated value of 2 cents so they could show something was delivered to my house. When I wrote to question this, they quickly replied it was just a free gift and my order was still being shipped. And when I asked for the actual tracking info, not the fake one, they went radio silent and it's now been several weeks stuck dealing with a fraud dispute with my CC company.

I have sent several emails and left…

I have sent several emails and left several VMs. Sometimes they email me back and say they will definitely send me a return label and then say they are having issues with their emails. Then they ask to take pictures of all that I am returning. Each time they say of course they will send the return label but never do. And the website says don't return without a return label. This is a complete scam. DO NOT order from them. No one has responded in over a month even though I keep sending emails requesting the return label.

5 of them were broken

We bought 12 lights. They arrived MONTHS later. 5 of them were broken. We asked for a refund which they REFUSED to give us.
They insisted on sending us replacements.
They sent us 1 replacement and still have not sent us the other 3 MONTHS later. They are impossible to communicate over email and very rarely reply to emails.
They always say 'we emailed you but it must be in your spam' which is not true because we check our spam and there are no replies there.
They only reply to our emails WHEN we say that we are going to take legal action and then suddenly they reply to that email having ignored all the rest of them.
We spent £1,243 with them!
What a wait of money and time.

I cannot get a response from this…

I cannot get a response from this company - either by phone or email after multiple attempts. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Still waiting. Not sure why it takes soooo long to receive not only merchandise but any type of response or update.

You'll loose your money

Waiting now for 8 weeks for my delivery. If they reply to an email it takes days and its a standard reply and their phone number just goes to voicemail.

Faulty Products - Replacement Incomplete

1 of the 4 lights as a set purchased didn't work, when requesting a replacement, they sent the wrong light and am now struggling to received communication regarding the correct replacement.

Scam company - no contact

My ORDER number is #44180 / Order date 03-24-2023 costing £697.00
The items I received are not right and I wish to receive a refund in full.

Poor quality products at luxury prices

I purchased a $1,500 LED chandelier from Warmly Decor and the fixture completely burnt out after only 3 years. It is an LED strip built into the chandelier frame and there are no bulbs to replace, so the entire fixture must be replaced. When I contacted customer support, they told me the 100% satisfaction guarantee is only good for 30 days so there is nothing they can do to help. The quality of the products is extremely poor and the customer service is a joke. I deeply regret my purchase and will never buy anything from this company again.

Once you've paid, no more contact and no product

As mentioned by almost everybody here: once you have ordered and paid, then things go wrong (no delivery, no contact whatsoever). Before I placed my order, al my questions were promptly answered; so I got a good first impression and did place an order - however: this company goes completely silent once you've paid. I've sent e-mails, I tried the phone: there's no one to help me. Al those stories from customers cannot be a coincidence: these people are in it to earn a lot of money on cheap China stuff that most of the time does not get delivered. Don't shop here!

I purchased a lamp on 5th January and…

I purchased a lamp on 5th January and delivery time was 2-4 weeks. I emailed Wednesday after 5 weeks and have not received a response. I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased. I’m £90 out of pocket and nothing to show for it.

I purchased to solar lights for outside…

I purchased to solar lights for outside use, not on this earth are they for outside use as they're not properly sealed. The lights are plastic, small and porous, for the princely sum of 54 pounds utterly ridiculous.

You will get screwed!

Purchased product. It came in. Electrical items were unsafe. Attempted to return. They refused due to return period expiration. They allowed an item swap. They led us on for months. We never received. They will not answer phone calls and email communication took months to receive.

It is a complete scam, their customer service told me that they refunded my orders, but it never happened for any of the two
