Wards Property is a fantastic company
Wards Property is a fantastic company, offering online viewings for their properties, which provides flexibility and gives tenants a good chance to decide whether or not they actually want to make a visit the property
They are kind, very professional, and very quick to respond. I would highly recommend going to Wards over other Lettings Agents, as I've found that some other companies are rather unresponsive or unprofessional in their correspondence

Worst estate agents I've ever delt with, not helpful at all with problems, never reply to emails, not helpful at all when telephoned giving false promises, very unprofessional

Hi Mark, firstly I want to apologise on behalf of Wards that you feel this way.
However, to clarify some points, we went above and beyond attempting to get repairs approved by your landlord as and when reported. Ultimately, we have to act on their instruction whether we agree with the directives or not. At no point were false promises made, nor would I agree that any member of staff was unprofessional.
I apologise that you did not get your desired outcome and we wish you all the best for the future.
