Had High Expectations
Very disappointed with the quality of the work. Job was shower room complete refurbishment. Personnel were very friendly, but being ex joiners, whilst able to do a good tiling or joinery job, they lacked the appropriate plumbing experience and equipment familiarity. Not only did the job take an extraordinary amount of time, but too many mistakes were made, especially in the latter stages when under company pressure to finish the job. Fortunately we were able to rectify many of the mistakes ourselves, like the shower controller not only located incorrectly, but merely supported by its pipework. Other examples include the SaniShower unit being sited on a very rough undulating underfloor even though instructions called for perfectly smooth flat surface to allow its anti-vibration feature to work. To our surprise we later discovered that, whilst supposedly “certified and tested”, the underfloor heating element earth lead had not been connected as was called for. The electricians had even left the ventilation fan no longer connected to its duct, and held by 3 screws as the fourth hole had not been drilled in the correct location.
Overall, their prices are premium which is ok if the job is done well, but in our experience, there were far too many mistakes and examples of poor workmanship. Thus for this type of work, they cannot be recommended.
