My experience with Wanttopay Easy was disappointing. I paid RUB 1,692.50 in total: RUB 693 for issuance plus a mandatory $10 deposit. I only used the card a few times, but top-ups were inco... See more

I am very grateful for the technical support I received today. The specialist was very attentive and helped me understand this new service. I finally realize what I was doing wrong and why it wasn't working. Now everything is fine, and I have successfully figured out how to use the service and make my payments. Thank you!

Terrible service

Terrible service. These cards cannot be used to pay for services from foreign companies (ChatGPT, Steam, Blizzard, Amazon) – it seems I've simply lost my money, and it's impossible to get it back. $0.25 is deducted from my account for every failed transaction.

I was looking for a way to pay for foreign services, including game subscriptions and in-game donations through Google Play. I found a suitable solution that quickly resolved the issue. Verification was prompt, as was the card issuance itself, and the interface is user-friendly. All necessary payments now go through without any problems and instantly, which is very convenient.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I purchased six 'Easy' and 'Prepaid' cards in November 2025, each $50. KYC verification was not required at time of purchase.

At the end of the month, all cards completely stopped working.

When I wrote to the support bot, I got an automated message informing me that all 'Easy' and 'Prepaid' no longer work, and that a free card re-issue was offered. But there's a catch: you may only issue 'Smart' or 'Pro' cards, which REQUIRE KYC verification to be issued.

This means that now the only way for me to use my money was to reveal my real-life identity and share a photo scan to some shady third party which doesn't even disclose the country in which it is based, and the privacy policy of which is riddled with major red flags.

I wrote to support numerous times explicitly requesting that they let me withdraw all funds and I was IGNORED each time.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

They're just scammers

They're just scammers. I bought a Visa Easy card, and while I was only making small payments of $10-$50, everything was fine. But as soon as I left $320 on the card for three days, the card stopped being serviced, and customer support stopped responding. They demanded a KYC check, and for three weeks, my mornings have started with a cheerful message: "Congratulations, your card is ready, you can check it in the mini-app."
