Booked in with want hair January of last year.i had Great experience from start to finish. Straight away had a phone call from a rep called Mathew.fantastic guy to talk to.tells you everything you need to know about getting your hair transplant. You can ask him anything honestly top guy.my transplant wasnt even booked in till the dec and i could contact him anytime before my transplant date. And he would reply back straight away with the answer.The service and communication was great and everything was handled professionally. I was really impressed with the clinic on the day. The staff at clinic were really friendly and professional. If your thinking about getting a transplant definitely give want hair a nudge. Even ask for mathew. The transplant on the day was fantastic didnt feel a thing just go to sleep and let the professionals do there magic.they checked in on me every day for 2 weeks after my transplant to see how I was getting on. Im now nearly 4 weeks into my transplant and excited to see how it looks in the upcoming months

The guys at want hair were nothing short of amazing, there to ease any worries I may have had and very promptly. If I was to have to choose again I would choose these guys everytime. If you’re looking for a professional informative place to get this procedure done look no further. I am 14 days post op now and everything is going well. Results to be seen in 6-12 months.
The lead up to surgery was brilliant, all questions answered by Matthew and clear instructions given for the day of surgery.
Day of surgery went perfectly, no waiting around, clearly communicated what would happen and the process throughout the day, surgery was a breeze and then had an aftercare meeting before being allowed to leave.
Post surgery was added into a group where progress photos are shared daily and all questions answered by the aftercare team. Overall a very easy process and would 100% recommend.

I chose Want hair for a hair transplant, which took place at Harley street clinic. From the first consultation with Mattew I felt at ease and he was honest of what I could achieve in terms of the amount of grafts. Procedure went well. And aftercare with post treatment was good with Becky who answered any question I had. It is early days to say how the grafts has taken but I am currently 4 weeks post treatment and the progress is going as it should be. But in terms of service and support I would definitely recommend Wanthair and Matthew

I cannot rate this company highly enough. When you start researching a hair transplant it’s a minefield with all the different options and companies, and every company I contacted just felt like they wanted to sign me up without even trying to answer my questions, allay concerns. That was until I came across Matt at WantHair, I feel bad for how many questions I asked but no matter what I asked at what time Matt was there on WhatsApp to answer me. It didn’t feel like he just wanted my money he genuinely took the time to answer all my questions explaining all the different options in detail and guide me through the process. A bit more expensive than some but not by much and tbh I think the quality was worth a couple more pounds.

Then the procedure, I went to Istanbul and everything was so smooth. WantHair took care of the hotels, transfers from airport and back and forth to the clinic, I had an interpreter available and the staff in the clinics were wonderful, the facility was like a BUPA facility in the uk standard. I even wanted an extra day in Istanbul to explore which WantHair sorted.

I cannot recommend Matt and the whole team highly enough, I’d give more than 5 stars if I could……

I went through Want Hair UK. I was very hesitant as first getting a transplant, I first contacted Matt from Want hair UK going back last year at the start of the year. I wasn’t sure weather to commit or not, Matt gave me time and allowed me to make up my own mind (which was nice as with things like this it can change you whole life). I then contacted him in the summer where he was a great help. I opted to go to the Essex branch as I liked the thought of going home after my transplant. The hair transplant itself was simple and ran very smoothly and so did the aftercare.

From day one of looking into getting the hair transplant jay was very helpful and talked me through everything thoroughly.
I opted for the Istanbul option as it was cheaper but the result has came out great so far. The service ran really smooth and since getting it done Jay and others have been in contact regularly to check up and see how things are going.
Looking forward to seeing the results in the months to come

Becky and Matthew have been amazing at Want Hair. They have looked after me from start to finish and I’ve felt very cared for by them both. Very friendly and there for reassurance when you need it.
Everything was explained well and they were always on hand when I had any questions, can 100% recommend them.
Procedure itself was a good day and the guys were equally as friendly at Harley Street and made me feel at ease and looked after too.

I had a hair transplant with WantHair four weeks ago, and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience from start to finish. It was a big decision and I was genuinely nervous going into i however from the booking and build-up, through the procedure itself, and all the aftercare afterwards, the whole team were excellent.

What really stood out was that it never once felt like anyone was just “doing a job.” Every person I dealt with came across as someone who genuinely cared, which made a huge difference when I was feeling anxious. Matthew was brilliant with all the booking and organisation and made the whole process smooth and reassuring from the very beginning. Becky was excellent with aftercare, guidance, and support — always clear, helpful, and easy to talk to. Both of them played a big part in making the experience far less daunting than I expected.

If you’re unsure or nervous about taking the step, I’d definitely recommend WantHair. I’m really glad I went ahead with it and grateful to everyone involved.

I was initially skeptical about booking through a company so heavily involved in social media. I was assigned Grant, and he was nothing like I was expecting. No promising the earth, giving me realistic outcomes if I chose to go through with the transplant. I'm 14 days post transplant now, and looking forward to the next year to see what it's going to turn out like.
