I started with a goal of growing approximately 9 cm taller, and we reached our planned level. Discipline is essential throughout the process, especially with the exercises. The nurses and physiotherapists were really supportive. My accommodaiton was clean and comfortable. Overall it was professional organization. 👍👍

All round good experience. I got my lengthening goal almost. I was aiming for 8.5cm initially but got 7cm.
A few points I would like to highlight is the language barrier, if travelling from a foreign country it may be difficult to communicate clearly as the team predominantly speak Turkish.
During my 3 months stay we didn’t go out for city tours, I think this should be done more often so patients can feel more relaxed and somewhat enjoy their experience.
Also upon returning to my country there was little to no communication or follow up checkups from the team to see how my recovery is going. It would be nice to hear from the team about how my recovery is going.
Other than that it was good overall, got 7cm taller so I can’t complain. It’s a good company and reliable team.

I want to start by saying that I am very grateful to this clinic for helping me change my life. Many shorter men know the daily struggles, judgments, and psychological pressure that come with height, and for me this decision was deeply personal.
I want to clearly state that this is an early stage review, and I will update it once I reach the final result and complete my recovery. At the moment, I am about 1.5 months after fixator removal and 4 months since first operation and waiting for upcoming X-rays, which will confirm how is bone healing and how much I can safely increase walking. Because of this, my final outcome is still ahead, and this review will be updated in the coming months.
I underwent femur lengthening in september 2025 and achieved approximately 9.4–9.5 cm of height increase. Although the generally recommended maximum is around 10 cm on the femur, I chose not to go beyond this. Not because I couldn’t, but because I believed that exceeding 10 cm could significantly extend recovery and walking time. I wanted a strong result with a reasonable recovery, and I am very satisfied with this decision.
Regarding pain, I honestly expected a much worse experience much much much worse. The first surgery involved very intense pain immediately after waking up, which was extreme but seems normal for such a procedure. However, painkillers provided strong relief, and about 15 hours later I was lying in bed without pain, already eating breakfast. Walking was not possible yet, but assisted steps to the bathroom were.
After returning home, I continued the lengthening process remotely at home. I stayed in regular contact with the clinic via WhatsApp, sending wound photos and asking questions. Responses were usually very fast, often within minutes, which gave me confidence and peace of mind.
What surprised me most is that despite lengthening nearly 9.4 cm, I never experienced pain that prevented me from sleep or daily movement with a walker. I prepared for the worst and bought painkillers, but in reality i never needed to use any which was so good 😃. At around 4.2 cm, I felt temporary discomfort in my right leg for one day, which resolved after reducing exercise. No medication was needed.
The main challenge was discomfort, not pain. Learning how to move, use a walker, and manage daily tasks takes time and patience.
I was also worried about the second surgery (fixator removal), expecting severe pain again. This did not happen. I woke up with no pain at all, and this stage was far easier than expected.
I must highlight Dr. Yunus, who is clinic doctor and he performed my surgery. His professionalism, precision, and experience are crucial for such complex procedures. These surgeries require millimeter accuracy, and it is clear he knows exactly what he is doing. Thanks to his work, I can sit, stand, walk, and lie on my sides without pain he played a main role in this. I have great respect for his skills and strongly recommend him.
I also appreciate the rest of the team, as such a process requires coordination and support. Logistically, the clinic handled airport transfers, accommodation, and documentation well. Traveling alone and vulnerablity requires trust, and so far that trust has been justified they don't let me down.
At this stage, I am focusing on bone healing and walking progression. Once the final walking phase is completed and confirmed by X-rays, I will update this review with the final outcome. Iam thinking what to mention as downside and for me it was back sleeping.... as i love sleep or be on bed on me sides but it wasn't possible due to fixators installed on me legs but after time i get used to it so it
