I was so excited about receiving this bag. Unfortunately the bag I received looked like it was used or had been sitting on a dirty warehouse shelf. They offered me a $66.15 refund for a $160 dollar bag. Communicating through e-mail with them has been an absolute headache. Now I have to go through the hassle AND wait for them to receive the return before I get my refund. I travel all the time and wanted to gift myself a high quality bag. I will never order from this company again and I will be making sure all of my friends and family don’t order from them either.

If I could, I wouldn't even put a star on. A bag product that is not genuine leather without badly made texture. In short, I was not at all satisfied and mostly a very high cost to have fake leather. Never again! Very long shipping times. Bad experience

I ordered and received a very cute bag. Unfortunately the bag is much smaller than I prefer. I am trying to return it. Wanderers doesn’t provide a phone number so I have made multiple attempts to email them for a prepaid return label. They are not responding to my messages. Also, the return cost is insane! Wanderers mentions $27. The post office was even more expensive! I would warn you to be careful and reconsider ordering from Wanderers Travel Co…

I have been waiting for firstly my delivery, then a response for almost a month. I have never had a problem before but i would not recommend buying from this company again.

The website has .uk extension but the items in my order (U8442) were dispatched and have to be returned to Australia!
Had I known the store is on the other side of the world I’d not have ordered.
The the Marseille crossbody bag I received is ok but a bit pricey for the cost £179 anf I assume it’s because of he shipment cost.
Disappointed .

I do not understand why there are these negative comments on this company. I ordered from Belgium, my first order (number E9807); everything went fine and when contacting the customer service because I was worried about customs, duties and taxes, they quickly and kindly answered me and took away my hesitation. The bag I ordered came in from Australia with FedEx very quickly, without any extra duties/taxes. The bag itself is lovely with a stunning green colour. The quality seems very good so far. I did read reviews about the 'good smell' of the leather, but I must say that European leather smells even better and more like leather. The bags are 'designed' in Australia, but made in Pakistan. I got a free gift with my bag: a small cardholder with the same green colour as the bag. I'm a very satisfied and happy customer!

By far, the worst online shopping experience and the most uncaring and stupidest customer service people I've ever dealt with!
First time buying on this website and will never use them again!

I purchased a woman's leather jacket in Olive Green for $399 US (over $500 Canadian).
I received the item rather quickly however it was the wrong color! They sent it to me in Black instead.
I contacted customer service the same day and was told that the Olive Green color is out of stock and would take 4-8 weeks to pre-order!
That was NOT mentioned on the website when I was checking out!
I was offered the same jacket in Tan color, which isnt what I wanted.
They KNEW that they didn't have the Olive Green color in stock, but figured they'd send it in Black and hopefully I'd be happy with it.
How stupid! If I wanted Black to begin with, I would have ordered it in Black!

I finally received a shipping label via email, 4 days after requesting one. The very next day, I receive an email from customer service mentioning that
I DO NOT need to send the item back after all and that I would receive a full refund.
I figured, at least it will save me the time of having to go print the label out and then go to a shipping location and have it sent.
I accepted the offer only to receive an email this morning saying
"Thank you so much for your email!
We are so sorry for the erroneous auto generated email. Unfortunately, we do need the jacket back to be able to process a refund or replacement to your original order".

What a JOKE!

To top it all off, they didn't even acknowledge me be the correct name in an earlier email..how rude!

In April I ordered 2 cross travel anti theft cross body bags plus one free one from Wanderer. When I put in my info my daughter in laws mailing address appeared. There is NO way to edit any info on this site and my CC info was already in place. I notified the company immediately that I wanted the merchandise sent to me and not to my DIL. They said they would contact the shipper. 4 emails further into this - they still had the shipping address wrong.
The package hasn't arrived even though I got a message that it had - no time of delivery or with what delivery company. My DIL said NO package arrived in her name and it has been 4 weeks already. I tried to contact the company again and my email was returned. Their address is is Boca Ratan FLa. Had I known these purses were made in China and shipped to Fla. to be redistributed - I would Never have purchased as I stay away from all Chinese merchandise as it is usually cheap, arrives months late, and never can be returned. So I am out $88 + dollars and don't ever expect to see my items. Beware before you use this company!!! Buy American so you can cover yourself.

A lovely looking soft leather crossbody bag bought May 2023. By summer 2024 the leather straps had chipped and peeled in a few places. I contacted them; they asked for pics, which I sent. They assured me this was a rare occurrence and wanted to sell me a new strap. I thought that paying a premium price for the bag and then having to buy a new £30 strap every year was too much. They should stand behind the quality of their bags. Disappointed and shopping for a new bag of another brand now.

Gorgeous bag, quick delivery and even included a lovely free gift: Excellent quality too. Very pleased.

I unfortunately had to cancel my order due to changes in my travel plans and therefore resulting constraints with time in being able to receive the items I ordered in time. However I am very impressed with the customer service I received and very swift refund. Will definitely use this company again.

I am so excited and thrilled with Wanderers. Their quality and customer service are uniquely positive. As a customer who thoroughly enjoys and incorporates bags not only into wardrobe, but also the daily adventure, I really enjoy a product made for my convenience. Functionally and fashion are foremost in these bags. Am so pleased and will continue buying these fantastic creations!

The first bag I ordered was the Manhattan crossbody in burgundy. Gorgeous! I was using a much larger bag, and this smaller bag fit everything that was in that one. Awesome organization, and particularly love those 2 bottom side zippers! House keys in one, car keys in the other, so no digging in the bag for keys. I then ordered the Toluse crossbody, which is also super pretty, but compared to the Manhattan, does not fit all my things. However, still a gorgeous bag...the third bag I ordered is the Cefalu`bag which is absolutely the prettiest bag I've ever seen. Got it in the Azzura color! Sooo beautiful. This one has the white interior, and a long zipper, and opens wide so you can see everything in it. Love the shoulder strap with it. I'm short, so the crossbody straps fall too low on me. My only suggestion is to please offer more bags with the shoulder strap that's the length of the Cefalu`. So, I have 3 great bags from this company, and looking forward to more! By the way, shipping to the USA is super fast! Thank you so much!!

I came across this site when looking for a teal coloured leather handbag to coordinate with some shoes I'd bought. Well I bought that bag and absolutely love it. And now I've added another 3 bags in different colours and styles. Plus another bag for a gift.

Their website is good, lots of realistic photos, so you know what you're getting. The leather is so soft and all the little details in the designs make for interesting bags. Their bags come in at least 6 colours and some styles there's up to 15 colours. You also get a bonus small item with your purchase that you can choose which one you want.

Overall, good value for money.

The Noosa Backpack is good quality leather. There are many pockets to stash things in, which is a plus. There is one major downside for me, which has me wishing I had not taken the tags off so I could send it back. There is only one zipper per zippered compartment. This means that you can only open from one side and you practically have to unzip the entire zipper to use each compartment. In my mind it is a design flaw makes the bag very hard to open and close. This might not be a dealbreaker for some, but it is for me.

I purchased the Elena crossbody to take on holiday just to use as a purse and keep my passport in as it is a smaller type bag. The delivery service was excellent, I paid for express delivery to the UK and it arrived in 5 days which was fantastic. Customer service was excellent and I was able to follow the tracking of its arrival. Only one small thing I’m not keen on is the bulkiness of the adjuster on the strap, it has far too many layers of leather under the buckle and does not lie flat against the body. Along with my order I also received a free card wallet/small purse which you could choose your own design and colour as listed on their website. Lovely style bags, would order again. Thank you.

I contacted the company via email to express my dissatisfaction with the "The Notting Hill" bag model, stating that it is an uncomfortable model with multiple annoying pockets that do not make it as easy to use as shown on the website. I contacted them after the deadline for returns had passed (7 days without removing any tags) but these are aspects that most buyers are unaware of because we buy with the intention of keeping the products for many years. The company's response disappointed me since they just stated that they could not issue a refund due to the time I contacted them, yet the bag is in excellent condition since I only tried it once. This company's reply was quite disappointing, despite the fact that the product is very expensive and that they are unable to understand an honest consumer who has wasted his money on a very uncomfortable to use bag.

Do not buy anything at this store without first trying it on!
When you have the things in your hands, they are very different, and they are quite pricey otherwise.

I just bought a Blue Navy Trieste Crossbody last week and I couldn't wait to receive it!
When the purchase arrived I was plesantly satisfy from the presentation of the box, the super cute envelope they put inside to thank you for the support, to the instructions for taking care in a proper way of my bag.
The bag itself is absolutely beautiful and mirror exactly what you see in the pic on their website.
Nothing to complain about it, actually I feel I will buy more soon!
