You don't have to close your game if you want to make some changes. And they have very helpful customer service.

The UI is really tough and its an advanced app it looks cool and i think its the best free mod app you get nearly all mods for free, can capture clips on 60fps 1080p and there is a shortcut for ingame but that looks so good
