CROOKS - EVIL THIEVING PEOPLE!!!!

I would prefer to give ZERO stars. This company promotes itself as a UK company and it is based in China. I tried to cancel my order within an hour of placing it. I was told no, it was too late and already in transit!! LIERS!!! It took three weeks for the item to arrive and it arrived broken. I was told I cannot get a refund unless I pay a lot of money (more than the cost of the item) to return it. PayPal supports this company and I do not understand why. These people are crooks!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

lies and deceit

my parcel has supposedly been out for delivery since 6/3/24, and its now been "out for delivery" for the past two days, no updates, no package has been delivered, unsure what service the package even got transferred to once it got to the us, as none of that information is given. incredibly aggravated, i guess ill have to figure out how to do a chargeback with my bank.

Disgusting! Wanbexpress did not deliver my package properly. I shopped with QwencyShopPro/cozycurve.com I have an intercom and a doorbell. Instead of alerting me that my package had arrived, they just left it on the floor for anyone to take it. That's exactly what happened.. it was taken. I'm out of money and out of what I purchased because they were irresponsible. The seller refuses to refund me but of course. Surprise surprise.

I don’t want to give any stars. I purchased a stress lamp off Auraphine, they used Wanbexpress. It’s been nearly 3 weeks and I haven’t received my parcel. They also gave me a tracking number and when I clicked on carrier website it took me to chronopost. They aren’t responding to any of my messages either.

This is a Chinese scam company

This is a Chinese scam company - they own Shapely (amongst many other subsidiary companies) and refuse to follow any uk trading laws - they advertise heavily on social media and say they do free returns but once they’ve taken your money they refuse to give you the returns address and break every uk distance selling law there is. They are owned by Mr Sean Luo who is a crook.

Ive waited nearly four weeks for covers for my settee - and spent £42.00 - not a fortune, but I now know others have done the same, so it all adds up. I have today received two tiny fluffy covers about the size of a cushion - im absolutely furious. Only ordered because I noticed the company was in the UK - unbeknown to me this is a freight company for China. I doubt whether Ill get my money back and put it down to experience but this is a SCAM.
