It was not delivered, but at least Amazon has great customer service. I've seen plenty of other reviews about your company. Your drivers are either stealing packages or you are. I'll never buy anything that uses your company for delivery again, but thank you for your dishonesty. :)

It was definitely not delivered. I'm not sure if your company exists solely to steal packages, but based on 98% of reviews, only 2% of customers actually received packages from your logistics company.

Item bought @ company on ETSY website and they are overseas and used this company for transport of said product which was ordered in November 2025...Supposedly item passed customs in Jamaica, NY,and now I see 👀 an update where item was @ a USPS kiosk in Ohio on January 14,2026...WTH,is going on...Now,the seller must re-send this item again,and will probably use this despicable company again...Needless to say,I AM LIVID!!!Here is supposed tracking number for item #WNBAA0409419445YQ from ETSY website to WANbexpress website...

I ordered an item through Amazon Italy on the 16th of January, I keep on constantly checking the tracking via their website but it has been stuck for 10 days in the step "Linehaul Agent, Parcel departure in Transit Facility, Parcel Departure" and not progressing, although the parcel was already supposed to be delivered by then and there is no way to contact them. I must receive it by next week and I have absolutely no idea of where my parcel is and if I will actually get it on time. My tracking number is WNBAA0426770100YQ.

My parcel needed an address correction, I got the address corrected and they acknowledged that fact. After several "attempts" to deliver they finally say it was delivered. It was not in fact delivered, if it was at all it was to a different address. There is no real way to contact Wanb express, and I fear I may be out the cost of my package.

I'm happy with the service they provided. Like the reviews state, this company is a courier and just pass the parcel between companies to send and deliver.

I've contacted Wanb regarding a parcel I've never received (WNBAA0419458052YQ) and not received a response. The seller told me to contact them directly and use their tracking webpage which doesn't work. I just like a response from them and like help tracking my parcel down.

I received a delivery this evening of an order placed on Amazon UK. It was a 12" x 12" piece of acrylic used for photography.
The parcel was pushed through my letter box after it appears to have been deliberately snapped in half to get through the letterbox. I cannot believe this blatant act, its disgusting. The driver did not knock my door or ring my bell. Rubbish service!

Where is my package?
WNBAA0418389547YQ Has been stuck on Custom Clearance Completed since the 2nd of January and no other update visible. I received no response from wanbexpress when sending in the question to them either. No response from the shop website that I purchased from yet either.
All my other parcels that cleared customs from other delivery companies are already tracking my local transport, why is this one still stuck with old information and no update?
I’m expecting this delivery before I travel next week, it’s why I ordered in December.

I have received a parcel addressed to my house number and street but with the wrong postcode and name. I have no way of finding out who it’s for and no doubt someone is getting frustrated waiting for it.

Their tracking system is useless. My delivery date changed 3 times. It was a Christmas gift. I contacted the seller twice and they haven't the courtesy to respond. I contacted Amazon Customer Service to advise them that this company has a lot of negative comments, and maybe fraud needs to be looked at. Especially if packages are being redirected and not arriving.

Ordered Christmas present in plenty of time. Checked on tracker regularly and the supplier also did the same. The last two checks took place on the 24th and 25th December, with the package showing as out for delivery. Chased the supplier up again after Christmas and it is now showing that the delivery was made and signed for 23 December. Enquiries in the vicinity and with neighbours have drawn a blank. The supplier cannot provide me with a oroof of delivery. Shocking service

Ordered a dress which could only be worn at Christmas. They stated that it would arrive before Christmas. I was given a date for delivery on 15th December which was then changed to 18th December. They now state that the delivery date is currently unavailable. To be fair, they didn't say which Christmas it would arrive by. I have now received a refund from Amazon.

Parcel well overdue no frequent updates the company should be banned from operating in the UK I will be requesting a full refund from the online seller as I'm sure he must be insured against this type of thing and next time I will not purchase from a seller using this courier
