Ordering was straightforward. I wanted to upload a particular image for our room and the quality gauge was so useful to ensure the end result would be clear.
I opted for premium finish and it was worth every penny, the paper was easy to work with. Paste the wall... line up the panels, trim! So simple.
I will use again for sure and have already recommended.

Christmas 2020 was a disaster for me. My home was completely flooded so I had to replace all contents and most importantly replace and select my specialist interior design wallpaper. However, when I came across Wallsauce.com my worries no more and my task made so much simpler. The Woodland mural is absolutely fabulous. So straight forward, had no difficulties ordering, very prompt delivery - only took 2 days so my decorator was happy and then very pleased with himself because hanging a 6 panel mural 10' high in my barn, well he was feeling chipper! This is the second wall mural that we have purchased from Wallsauce. Our first was of corks for our wine room....love it The second was a bar scene from the 1930's I believe It completed our bar. Fast delivery, quailty product and super responsive. Highly recommend

We bought this mural for our autistic children’s chill out/de-escalation room. They both loved it on the website and were so excited for it to go and SO disappointed when it it.
The colours are bright not at all like seen on screen. It looks like the printer was running out of ink and definition and detail lost. Two very upset children.

When we contacted customer services, they offered a very small discount off another design or £20 refund of the total £260 we paid.

We are so disappointed with this reaction. After choosing something together that was meant to be so special. Anyone who loves a person with Autism will know just how hard this hit the children.

I'm so pleased with my first purchase from Wallsauce. I used my own image and was a little worried how the quality would turn out but I needn't have - it looks great! I've always struggled hanging wallpaper, but thanks to the great quality of this paper it was much easier than expected. I also received brilliant service from Shannon on live chat when I had a few queries regarding my order, thank you!

I ordered a custom mural for a time-sensitive/ holiday-connected promotion for a client in America. Unfortunately DHL mixed up the address (Wallsauce confirmed several times that they had the right address) and delivered the mural to another state. I told Wallsauce customer service about the problem and that this was a time sensitive matter and that I had ordered from them due to their promise of a 3 to 5 day turnaround, and that I no longer needed the mural (*FREE Shipping* in 3 to 5 Business Days). I ordered on November 10. I needed it by the 19 November - plenty of time for their promised delivery. Long story, and may emails and phone calls later, during which time I was asked to please have patience whilst the matter was investigated - for almost 2 weeks I may add - the mural was delivered on December 3. (I now realize the patience was to give them enough time to find it and deliver it as to be covered per their own customer service "rules"). I was out of my office to deny delivery and the receptionist of the business adjacent to mine signed for it. I asked Wallsauce to refund me for this custom mural and to please take it back as the fault was not mine. I was told that it was delivered and according to the Wallsauce conditions, I would not be granted a refund (after a bit they offered a 10% discount, which I felt quite offended by and refused). After all of this I gave up and opened the package. Needless to say, the resolution of the photo was quite bad. Behind the lovely words and politeness of the customer service ladies, there was fundamentally zero customer service and an inferior product.

Just have to say that everything about this service was top notch. I ordered a mural using my own photo - they must have produced it and posted it the following day because it was with us by the close of the day after that. Very well packed in a box and a very strong tube, paste and instructions included too. The product is very high quality and the colour reproduction superb. Now up and looks great. I wish I had another wall!

Brilliant product and service end to end. Ordered a motor bike mural ("Motocross") from Wallsauce for my 6 year old boy's bedroom refit. Got great advice on measurements, ordering and delivery, all great. Decorator was very impressed with the quality of the paper and the print and it hung beautifully. We are all absolutely thrilled with the result - it's a shame I can't share a picture. Absolutely recommend these guys for quality service and a quality product.

Ordered an eye catching, attractive design as a feature for our dining/kitchen. The installed mural is dreadful. Blurry, complete loss of clarity and form, unsightly and described by a friend in design as migraine inducing. Clearly a rush job - missed deadline, most disappointing is lack of willingness to acknowledge the eyesore which we are now left with.

We are absolutely thrilled with the whole wallsauce experience. From receiving samples to having questions answered. The Machu Picchu mural arrived in a couple of days, was superb quality and between the 2 of us (no previous experience) we hung it in the bathroom. Really pleased with the result - stunning!

Ordered a personalised mural from a photograph for a large wall. Was worried that the image would be grainy but was absolutely brilliant. Marc offered a lot of help along the way. Quick delivery and looks fab.

We ordered a Mural from Wallsauce it was Trevi fountain, called wallsauce they were very helpful regarding my measurements. The painter & decorator said it was excellent to hang & the instructions were very accurate. We are delighted I would love to share it but it won't let me send the photo I have taken🙄

We were looking for a wall mural. This company had excellent reviews all over the web and the hugest selection so we decided to give them a try. We called in advance with a question which they answered promptly and accurately(we learned later). They were in England, we are in the US. We were told 6 working days for delivery. 3 days later the wallpaper was delivered and it was BEAUTIFUL. Even nicer in person, it came in 10 panels and you can't see a seam. I literally cannot say enough good things about them. Communication was 100% every step of the way.

Amazing wallpaper. We chose the 'paste the wall' type. Really good quality. Easy to apply. Looks stunning. Transformed a small space and given it a real wow factor.
