Goods damaged before transit and sent anyway...
Great customer service, responsive and fast delivery. However, I ordered just six tiles and two have been chipped, with a third missing a large section of material from one corner about 2cm wide. I would ordinarily approach the seller for something like this, but I could not find any of the debris missing from the tiles in the well sealed packaging. I could only conclude that someone picked up this defective tile from stock (along with the two other chipped ones) and placed it in the box to be sent to me. This is beyond unacceptable and something that sent me straight to Trustpilot, rather than to the store. This business practice does not warrant a second chance.

Wow, fab company to deal with, great products.
Wow, these are fantastic.
I ordered some of the wall boards to do my sons bedroom with, the end result is fantastic, some cheaper companies online, but you get what you pay for. The customer service was absolutely fabulous, even offering me advice even if I didn't proceed with the order with them. All good delivered fast, courteously and packed properly. would highly recommend these guys!
