I had ordered 8 boxes to complete my project. The quality of the product is good, however 3 boxes came with incomplete pieces. There were 2-3 pieces which were either cut in half or quarter. Disappointed that I have to order another box just to finish my project.

I am happy with the quality of this…However
I am happy with the quality of this product so far and the delivery went very well. I did notice however that they have a strange odor before we even opened the boxes. The entire room smells of it. We just started putting the planks on the wall and the odor is quite strong. I was wondering and if this smell will dissipate over time? It will be very disappointing if it doesn’t.

Hi Cindy, we apologize for this but this is the first but you may use these remedies:
1. Leave out a few bowls of vinegar
2. Leave out several opened bags of charcoal
3. Leave out a few bowls of baking soda
4. Try Release spray. This should be found at your local hardware store.

I am completely happy with my purchase
I am completely happy with my purchase! The planks came fast and in incredible shape. I used construction adhesive to make them permanent, but to be honest, I’m not sure I needed to! I used them on one wall in the room I’m using for my office. They are beautiful!!! I am looking where I can use more from Wallplanks.com, that’s how happy I am!

The return process is very difficult
The return process is very difficult. The company has stated they will make it right. I love the wall I originally did in my master and was why I purchased it again. The walls I was going to use it for this time was were in too bad of shape so I had to return my order.

Easy, quick way to accent a wall. Create your own combinations of planks for the look you want. Very easy installation and the adhesive is super tough. Shipping was fast. Great customer service!
