"Error tecUNFUNDED_PAYMENT Insufficient XRP balance to send." Every time I try to do an operation, this message appears as false as the rest of this company. I doubt that there really is someone real behind this business nor that the address is real. I have 35 XRP paralyzed without being able to forward them to another XRP wallet or exchange them for another cryptocurrency. Total and absolute scam.
