I would rate zero stars if I could. Paid my money, never received the order like all the other people who seem to have used this site. Absolutely do not buy anything from them.

Ordered on the 28/04/25, didn’t receive my product. They got my money and company is not responding. Disappointed :(

Have not received my product. No communication back regarding it.

I also ordered a product with the claim of 24hours to prepare and 5-7 days delivery and I am following on the Shop App and it still is stuck on preparing order. I sent emails to verify information about the company as it looked suspicious without ordering anything, but I decided to risk it hoping I'd be covered by my credit card and the SHOP app to track the order, they only have an email for contact information, and the money was taken out in Euros and is registered in Ireland despite being a .co.nz web address, from the start I have emailed they company and also post order for updates with no response. My recommendation DO NOT ORDER!

Ordered a walking pad, got nothing, no responses to my emails. Looking into the website further they took pictures from a UK walking pad / fitness company (Home fitness code)

Ordered a walking pad and paid for it, can not get hold of them as I have not received the walking pad, no phone number to contact, I have emailed them and no reply, very very mad - stay away from them

I wanted to purchase a walking pad. I was trying to establish some reassurance and guarantees of the authenticity and integrity of this company and after repeated emails to them there was no response. I believe this is a scam company and advise everyone to stay very clear of them

No item received. No response from seller after repeated attempts to contact through the various emails associated with their shop, or the contact form. No update in the status of my order.
