No refunds. Very poor.

I have been a few times and there are so many good stars that go but haven't gone this year because I still have not been refunded from last year.

2 guests cancelled and I had to email Walker Stalker Con several times but they never came back to me. They are not trustworthy and will not refund you if a guest cancels. Very unhappy.

I paid for a Platinum badge for myself…

I paid for a Platinum badge for myself and VIP badges for my family. After spending tons of money on photo ops, autographs, food, and items vendors were selling, I was out of about 2,000 dollars. A lot of the actors treat you like crap. I nearly broke down into tears from how nasty Ryan Hurst was. You certainly dont get the experience that you pay for.

AVOID - never refunded Over £200

Waiting for 2 refunds due in March. As photo ops were cancelled we were promised a refund for the cost. They have not been in touch to help with this at all - when you try and email them the email bounces back telling you it’s not an active email address so there’s no way to get your money back. The actors have clocked this and the majority have dropped out after finding out how their fans have been scammed. Avoid this if you want to ever see your money again.

BE WARNED!

Buyer beware, SERIOUSLY! This business is currently operating off revenue generated from future events and is being operated much like a Ponzi scheme. It’s notorious for cancelling events mere days away, and then leaves consumers fighting to receive refunds, some are still holding out hope for a refund over a year later. They take from Peter to pay Paul. By the time the show is cancelled, most credit card companies will not assist you after 120 days has passed from the DATE OF PURCHASE. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them, attend other conventions to meet your stars. Research their business reputation on the US website, the Better Business Bureau aka BBB. Look up “ Walker Stalker, LLC “. Help yourself by choosing other options.

This company will rob you

This company will rob you. People are owed refunds from April 2018 onwards. Companies and vendors are also owed. They treat the volunteers and attendees with contempt and have upset alot of the celebs who attend these events. Please please look for other conventions that give value for money and will not rip you off.

Waiting for refund

Waiting for refund. Beware of Walker Stalker and Fan Fest shows. If they cancel or postpone, you will be put on a list for refund and will wait until some other poor sap buys a ticket in order to be refunded. Robbing Peter to pay Paul is not a sound business decision. I paid October 2018 for a ticket, event postponed two weeks before it was due to happen in August. Was rescheduled to a subpar venue in the dead of winter. Refunds offered mid August. Was told I would be paid September. Then end of October. No refund. Business changed hands with no clear refund system that differed from the last. Also, reports from the last show about how ADA was SEVERELY mishandled. Purchase tickets at your own risk.

Unhappy fan

The first show I went to in Portland back in 2017 went really well. When I saw they were coming back in 2018 I was set on going. I waited in the will call line to pick up my bracelet for over two hours. I had waited so long I had no shot of meeting Jeffrey Dean Morgan cause his line was capped for all day. So there went one of the 2 I went there to see. When they announced that they were coming back in 2019 was hopeful yet again. They cancelled the show less than a month out and still waiting on my refunded ticket that was bought in September of 2018
