Bought a pair of "leather sandals" from Walker sonsfor $59 (sale price) Not what they appeared on site PLASTIC WEDGE SOLES! not leather felt like cheap pleather. Return policy $20-40 for postage. Contact # is a Dutch country code. Support email address given doesn't work. Disappointing poorly quality products

I wish I'd read reviews on this company or at least read their terrible return policy. The shoes arrived today and they look like they should be sold at the dollar store. Lesson learned and I'm out $60.00.

This company is a scam. As others mentioned, they protray as a family going out of business but this is probably someone in China. Their sizing is way off and there are no labels to confirm if they sent the correct order. Also when you try to exchange, they will ask you to pay $20 and keep the original order although their website states 30-day money guarantee.

CAUTION. Items received will not be as advertised. The shoes are sized for another country, not the USA. What you receive will not fit. When you try to exchange they want 1/3 of the purchase price paid again for "shipping" of the replacement items. Dont shop here, you will regret it!

Yes, I found the same to be true when I bought my shoes from this place I should have researched it better. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge because the shoes were not as described and did not come from where they advertised. I better get a refund Because I’m not shipping these back to China.

Ordered a pair of shoes. They make it seem like they are coming from LA but they are really coming from China. When I received them, I didn't even want to put them on my feet. They were extremely cheap looking.....the base of them looked like plastic. When I immediately inquired about returning them, they suggested an exchange but proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't be getting credit for the shoes I have.....I just wouldn't have to pay for shipping as I would be keeping them. What?? So I pay for the new shoes and I have to eat the cost of the existing ones I never even put on my feet and never plan to? So I said no, I just want to return them for a refund. That's when they finally told me that I would have to pay to return them to China. And by the way..... to return them would have been $30-70 depending on when you needed to get them there. This company says if they don't receive them back within 30 days, you won't get a refund. Well it took 5 days going back and forth on the return process so I would have to make sure they were there within 21 days...... going to China, you never know. It could take weeks!! So you're more likely to be on the higher end of the cost range I researched ($40-$70) to ship them. The shoes themselves were $50 (that was their great "sale price")..... probably cost half that to make them. I'm giving them to good will.

This company is a scam, do not use it.
The clothes are very poor quality.
If you want to return anything, you have to send it back to a person, not a company, a person in China. After I told them that I wanted to return the item, I received an email telling me that they would like to offer an "exchange"...I don't have to return the item, I just have to select a new item and pay the shipping and handling. Not a real company.

This is the worst company to ever exist. This company return is impossible and the return goes back to China . Do not buy from this company

Do not order anything from Walker & Sons LA or any other location they claim to be located in. Item looked nice on website but upon receiving it, (4 weeks later), was extremely poor quality. Not even going to bother trying to return it to China.

This company is a scam. The clothes do not look like the pictures and are very cheap. Plus they claim to be an American company and have a 30 day return policy. So you would assume you return the clothes to a place in America, right? No. You have to pay to mail them to China and hope they make it in 30 days. I wish I would have seen this site before ordering from them!

This is a scam site. Their products take months to arrive from China despite stating they are a LA based business. The items are cheap knockoff SHEIN look a likes. Then they won’t return your money. Had to file fraud report with my credit card company. Do not buy from this site

If I could give this company a zero star, I would. They are in China and not California, like they claim. I received sandals that are the wrong size and were supposed to be leather but look like thin vinyl. In order to get a refund, you have to mail the product back to China, which costs almost as much as the refund. Do not fall for the cute picture of the couple "going out of business" on their website. I'm going to chalk it up to my foolishness for not doing due diligence before I ordered, and donate the sandals to Goodwill.

This company is a scam. I ordered a dress. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture on the site. It looked like a Chinese knock-off.
I contacted customer service to return it and was basically ghosted. No contact back.

I would give zero stars if I could. This business is a complete SCAM. They claim to be out of California however they are somewhere in Asia. The merchandise that they sell is nothing like the pictures. Very cheap and poorly made. When trying to return the provide you with and address in Asia and require you to pay DHL for returns which is overly expensive for return.

They claimed to be an LA based company closing after years in business.i bought 2 pairs of supposedly diesel brand, they sent me brandless shoes and wrong size. When I try to return them, they tell me I’m responsible for $35 shipping. I decided to research the company and discovered they were imposters. I decided to donate the shoes rather than paying to ship them back. I hope my money is very bad luck to them personally and their business.

So they tell you they are an LA company that is, sadly, closing their doors. It is, in fact, a Chinese company that while they will allow returns, you have to use DHL and ship them to mainland CHINA in order to get said refund. The shoes I ordered are not the right size and look vaguely like the photo, but not the same leather and definitely not the comfort and quality that they say they are. They fooled me and I was trying to find shoes for my daughter's wedding, so I fell for it. Naturally there is no place to leave a review.
