Easy to follow exercises and the instructors are also pretty easy to follow. Exercises had me sweating from day one - not discount but targeted toward specific areas of the body. I have not lost any... See more

It is true ti timing, fhus does not feel like a burden. For the contrary, there is a balanced choice of exercises. They are easy to achieve for most people.

A really bad app. I had to look at my phone, and there’s a heavyset woman in the foreground and a normal-sized one behind her, so you can’t really see the latter properly. There are lots of close-ups of parts of her body, which means you can’t see the whole exercise. I’d opted for a one-month trial for €9.99 and stopped after just two weeks. Two weeks later, €38.95 was debited from my bank account by Walk-fit. My bank alerted me to a fraudulent debit and when I And when I got in touch, I was told that it was an automatically renewing subscription. I hadn’t read that anywhere, and I always check things very thoroughly. If I’d known, I would never have taken it out. Because I kept insisting, there were loads of emails going back and forth, and in the end I had to send proof that I’d cancelled it! You don’t need to cancel a trial for a specific period – a month in this case! This is simply underhand deception. The company is based in Dubai...the awnser is not relevant as I mentionned those exchanges in my review. I am told several times I won't get a refund, for me it is theft.I just found out that they have again I’ve just noticed that Walk-fit has once again debited 39.99 from my account, even though they’d promised in numerous emails long ago that the debits had been stopped. My bank is going to open a fraud investigation.

I like the exercise routines/sessions and do them daily. They are appropriate for my age and ability, a good balance of being able to do them but still a decent workout. I would like more variety for routines of 20-30 minutes. I feel I’ve been doing the same 10 sessions for more than a year.
The routines are easy to access but the other tracking and motivational supports on the app are uninspired.

For the most part WalkFit is a very good app with lots of exercise programmes but I am only new to it. I joined it for the Tai Chi Walking programme and was very disappointed after 28 episodes that there are no more. I really wanted to progress with more difficult exercises and increased time but this doesn’t appear to be available. Reconsidering continuing my subscription after my initial 3 months.

The instructors are great, talk you through each movement, praise each time a session is completed, it’s a great program and I enjoyed the working out.

I am very pleased with this app. I have Rheumatoid arthritis since the age of 10. And this is easy enough for me to keep healthy, get my steps in, not hurt my body, and every day for the last 6 months.

First month it was good, Shoulder and Thigh joint movement improved. But I did not lose any weight. The intensity of exercise not changed for the second month. Moreover a huge amount around 50$ automatically charged from my credit card, I hoped the second month training would be more intensive compared to the previous one, but its of same intensity and not doing better. so I quit the subscription and looking for a new one which gradually increases the intensity achieve my goals.
