I wish that you had an option where you could look ahead at all of the walking programs. That way - if doing a longer walk one day doesn't feel possible but a quicker, interval walk does - then you ca... See more

I appreciate the clear directions, especially when there is a position change. I also like how quick it is for someone breaking back into fitness.

I think they have over stated how the program will support you. The 7 minute a day program is a bit of a nonsense, you're not going to get results unless you put alot more work in. Was disappointed that having signed up for a 3 month period, I've only got 28 days of daily routines.
Also being in the Southern Hemisphere and in the middle of winter, all the routines are based on it being summer 🙃

I do like it basically. But the recording of steps only works if I carry my phone, which I don't. I have an apple watch and tried to sync it, but it didn't work. So I have to manually put the steps in.
I went through a time when I physically couldn't do the exercise program, but wasn't sure how to report that. I also wanted to reduce my number of steps, and I tried, but the next day it went back to the default. So I guess my lower rating is due to the tech difficulties. I probably should cancel.

Very easy to use
I was able to do the workout while away on vacation in our hotel room

It’s been fun, but I’m going to have to keep lowering my steps. I have psoriatic arthritis in the top joint of my 1st metatarsal. Some of the exercises and walking 7,000 steps is rough on the joint. I wish you had rowing or recumbent bicycling. Don’t know how you track that though.

I like the gentle exercise s for 66+ age.
Unfortunately I thought I was signing up for continuous Thai chi walking exercises, not all the other exercises which or more suitable for younger people or super active seniors.

Because since day 1 my body feels different, the exercise works all part of my body without to much effort.

I loved the app for the first few weeks but I got switched to a 20-25 m9nute workout and I walk every day and go to aerobics other days. I did not find any way to revert to shorter workouts.....Maybe some way to help oder user navigate would be good!

I am so mad because I was just billed again and I want to cancel. You do not make it easy. Please cancel my service and have someone call me.
Thank you.

I knew I needed Walkfit in my life when a friend asked if I'd lost weight. She said my shape had changed. Since doing a trial I have more energy, feel fitter, have more range of movement in my shoulders and lower blood sugar!
It's easy and enjoyable. More like dance than exercise. I cannot recommend Walkfit enough.

I’ve added this to my exercise program and it’s enjoyable and only takes about 12 minutes or so. It’s a great all body workout.

Workouts are long enough to get your body moving but short enough to fit any schedule.

I feel better and am more mobile than before. Divorce hit me hard. It left me with high cortisol and a drained spirit. The exercises are simple enough yet they keep my heart rate up. I don't see huge changes but I feel them. I am 58 and beginning again with my life. I need to be able to maintain my home and my life. This program helps me with that.

Really like the motivation quotes. Need to work on the repetitiveness though. Surely you can come up with a bunch more.

I enjoy the daily reminders, they force me to get up and do my exercises. I would have given up exercising were it not for your daily workout schedules.
I tend to be harsh to myself, so I have not seen any noticeable differences on my body

This app is a scam. I have had it for five days. I can’t get into it. Customer service is non responsive. I asked for a refund and was ignored. Stay away.

Nice approach. I've been working out for 28 days, constantly. And it is great. 7 or 8 minutes every morning is just perfect. But sessions could be a little bit harder. I feel better, more awake and aware, but there's not a single physical change in my body. Sad... But truth being said... I feel so much better..

Only 1 week in but a calm yet fun daily fitness session. A great way to keep moving and engage legs, arms and core. Good for me after surgery.

I absolutely love this program. I never miss a day and try to complete my routine by 12 midnight. It seems like a very personal goal!!
