Easy to follow exercises , good session time. I feel the benefits of 28 days now. Would recommend to slightly older people.

It’s just a great reminder to keep moving. It’s like having someone say”I don’t care if you don’t feel up to it, get moving!”.

I’m 77 and the workout was not too hard but hard enough to break a sweat and inspire me to keep me moving forward. Thanks.

I enjoy the short workouts and the free walks. also found my coordination is rubbish😃. Have found some difficult because of knee and spine conditions Would it be possible to have a few more low impact workouts which are knee friendly

Work outs are very effective.
But I find the step count glitchy

Although the goals may initially be personalised, once your programme starts the goals are increased substantially each week, whether you've met the previous week's goals or not. It sets you up to fail and there doesn't seem to be a choice of whether to keep working on a goal before moving on.
As soon as I posted this I received feedback from Walkfit showing how to adjust my weekly goals. It just gives you 'walk less' or 'walk more' with somewhat random increases/ decreases, but it does allow you to stop the excessive weekly increases. And a good prompt response.

I enjoy the program. The only thing I don't like is the automatic renewal. I didn't ask for that.

If your looking for a program for seniors that is general on your body Tai Chi walking is good

I started out loving the app. Easy to follow and a multitude of choices but as the daily steps increased I was spending an hour a day just walking. And the big disappointment was I wasn’t losing any weight. I have tried to keep up the steps but it left little time to add more exercises

Short videos make starting to exercise more palatable!

Had an issue with a lack of authorization/lack of notification regarding a significant subscription charge posted to my credit card. The staff (Nicole) worked to rectify the misunderstanding and the fee was completely refunded. They are to be commended for doing 'the right thing' in the handling of my request. Thank you WalkFit!

I am beginning to follow exercises although the person speaking does speak quickly

They are one of those companies that sign you up for automatic renewal without clearly saying they will do that. I paid for a few weeks to test it out and next thing they are charging me for a subscription. Trying now to cancel and get 40.00 back.

Great app … makes me keep on top of my daily walks whilst also allowing g for rest days.

I was charged for a service that I had cancelled. Your company made an exception to policy and gave me credit for the charge. I sincerely appreciate the gesture.

Loving this app so helpful fun and motivating and I love how it keeps track of my goals. Fabulous.

WalkFit was not for me. Too repetitive and dull. I signed for a three month trial and cancelled my subscription almost straight away. Sadly I didn’t check that the cancellation had been accepted. They have now renewed that subscription without warning at vast cost and there appears to be nothing I can do. Beware!
Further to this review Kate helped me out in a very courteous and timely manner. 5 stars Kate!
