Intenté utilizar los créditos incluidos, pero nunca logré hacer ningún lanzamiento. Desde el inicio, incluso durante las reuniones iniciales, las cosas no funcionaban correctamente.
Agendé una sesión de optimización y no asistí porque nunca recibí confirmación por correo ni opción de añadirla al calendario. Para una empresa de automatización, esto es bastante decepcionante.
Volví a programar otra cita y, esta vez, nadie se presentó. Avisé por mensaje que ya estaba conectada, pero ni siquiera respondieron.
Además, el periodo de prueba nunca funcionó como debería. A pesar de todos estos problemas desde el principio, igualmente realizaron un cargo en mi tarjeta como si hubiera autorizado una suscripción, cuando en realidad solo me registré para el trial.
En general, la plataforma no me aportó ningún valor y la atención al cliente fue inexistente. Da la impresión de que el modelo se basa en cobrar tras el trial a quienes no cancelan a tiempo, lo cual resulta poco ético.
No lo recomiendo.
