This is our second order from Wainscoting America as our first purchase went so well. I waited to rate our experience until we had our first purchase installed and completed. This is an easy way to spruce up the look and even transform the way a room appears. My advice to those considering this option is to MEASURE accurately!! It will make your project go sooo much smoother.

Total Satisfaction
After ordering and receiving a wall panel, we discovered that the measurements of the panel did not match our order exactly. We contacted the company, and they were apologetic and re-cut a new panel with no questions asked. Both the quality of the panel, and the customer service from this Company were excellent.

Wainscoting America is really quite remarkable. Their easy to understand/use website makes ordering your wainscoting very easy! Once the order is in..they really deliver.....everything...great service, great quality, great delivery. Just amazing. I don't believe 5-stars is enough! Wainscoting America is professional, friendly and responsive to the client's needs. The quotes are clear and to the point....but most of all, the cost of a prefabricated system is so economical and easy to install. My company is a national casino company and have a custom prefabricated system has been a game changer!
