small order big package

The comb was tiny and would have fit easily I a small envelope and in my letter box. It was send in a big box and send as a parcel. I received over 15 emails about the order and the shipping. The shipping did cost more than the trimmer comb and I had to pick it up at a pick up point at an inconvenient time so I had to leave work early.

Walh Clipper Part Delivered in Record…

Walh Clipper Part Delivered in Record Time!

I ordered my Wahl 5 star groomer replacement casing and it was shipped from the Netherlands and made it to America in no time! This part was not available anywhere in the US (no where I could find at least) the part fit perfectly and my clippers are back to new!

to send a so very small piece in a kind of these big box, this is not OK !!! The product fits in a normal envelope !!!

While we understand your feedback, the reason as to why we only ship in boxes is simply due to too many envelop shipments that got lost in the past. Therefor, to solve this matter and to avoid any lost shipping via envelope, we have opted strictly for shipping via box only.

I ordered the trimmer on recommendation…

I ordered the trimmer on recommendation and was simply disappointed. Doesn't pick up all the hair, is mega loud. My Braun shaver for 40€ does more. The trimmer is not worth the money!

The service also leaves a lot to be desired. Of course, you can't send the device back because you opened it. How else are you supposed to test it?

I can only advise against this shop.

bought new clippers (tondeuse) it is a beautiful good looking piece of fine machinery that does exactly what it is designed for.... cutting my beard
