I ordered a brace for my Rottweilers…
I ordered a brace for my Rottweilers back legs, she has been struggling with hind leg strength. I spent $149, please beware to read the fine print. The brace has never been used and is too big and clunky for my dog. On top of that she was recently diagnosed with Bladder cancer, and I am spending much time and money just trying to manager her daily well-being for tor the short time she has remaining. I explained my situation to the company and all they will offer is a store credit, which I must handle shipping fees to return the product. Why would I need to return a product, when I am getting only a store credit when they say the product is unusable to sell. Plus, a store credit has no benefit to me. Buyer beware, it is a shame I have to manage this return situation for an unuable store credit.
