Another way to steal money

The product is what they say but they add a "MEMBERSHIP FEE" so you get to pay for it twice. The dogs are better but your bank account is much smaller. This is what happens when the Government ie Republicans are so busy lining their own pockets and NOT protecting the consumer.

Horrible company! Dangerous for your Dogs

Horrible company!! The logo and website insinuate that they are an RX company and supported by vets. My dog ended up at the emergency vet after taking there Allergy & Itch Relief for Dogs. This product is Cyclosporine and should only be given to your pet under a veterinary care.

My order automatically signed me up for their subscription service which was very deceptive as I was not asked if I wanted this service.

Sent multiple emails with no response. Called customer service and they could not find my order even though I had the confirmation email and the order number.

Cushings Disease like symptoms

I decided to try this product because they claimed to use the same active ingredient as in abaquil but at a much more affordable price. It only took about ten days to two weeks to see some very abnormal behaviors in my lab. I first noticed the heavy, constant panting. Then the unquenchable thirst. Finally, all of a sudden my 5 yr old couldn't hold his bladder and was constantly starving. I know labs are very food motivated but at one point,I actually started to log how often he was begging for food. It was literally every 10-15 minutes, like i had not fed him in days. Of course i was not starving him but i wasny going to let him eat himself into further illness. We went to the vet and did blood test and trays. The trays showed that he had an enlarged liver. Blood work did not show any signs of diabetes so we went to a specialist for further testing. Several thousand dollars later, the vet thought that it might be Cushings Disease but wasn't totally sure so he put my baby on two rounds of antibiotics and a low dose of steroids. Eventually, over a period of several months, my dog started returning to normal... except for the extra 15 pounds he put on due to the steroids. My Thor is finally back to his lovey self but still trying to get that extra weight off. PLEASE STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!!! These people should be in jail!!

Zero customer service

My dog had a relatively severe reaction to the medication which had to be immediately discontinued. Before I even realized it 11 days after the initial order, my checking account was billed a second time, yet we had not even received the first purchase yet. The call center could only cancel the subscription and told me I had to email for a refund. So far I have sent four emails. My checking account was billed again a third time on March 3rd, at which point I was forced to go to my bank president. Cancel my card and file a dispute because the last two times they charged me no product was ever sent and I was sure they were going to continue to keep taking money out of my checking account. I would strongly recommend to others that you consider very carefully before allowing this company to have any sort of financial information from your accounts . I have also filed a complaint with the attorney general's office in Pennsylvania

This product can kill your dog

This product can kill your dog. Please throw it out. Hunger, thirst, excessive urinating. It is mixed with who knows what and causes liver enzymes to go crazy. Stopped giving it to my dog after two days thank God. After speaking to my Vet, it has been a product they’ve talked about and trying to get off the market. This company disappeared as wag labs. I’m afraid they may open under another name and sell this dangerous product. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS TO YOUR DOG AND THROW IT OUT!!

Is this even a real company

Is this even a real company? I ordered one product and soon got an email saying another was on the way. I emailed that I didn’t subscribe twice and received a form reply saying they would respond within 24 to 48 hours. Nothing. Tried calling and received a recording saying to call back during business hours. Apparently there are none.

I should have known better

I should have known better. I still have no idea how they are legally selling cyclosporine without a prescription. Long story short, yes the first capsule stopped the itching almost immediately but after 5 days of this product, she (Molly) went into major organ failure and had to be euthanized. I would definitely not recommend.

This is a prescription drug that should…

This is a prescription drug that should be given by a veterinarian as there are some serious side effects and should not be taken without extreme caution. Do your research and you will see that this is not a safe drug to be given with the approval of a veterinarian. I wouldn’t give this to my dog even under a prescription due the side effects and it is basically poison. Please don’t buy or use this product.

No response

I received my order and it while the itching stopped it made my dog hungry, thirsty and incontinent. His personality also changed. I have weaned him off and have sent several emails to return the ones I ordered and no response. When I call during business hours it says they are closed. I just want to return what I can't use.

Deceptive company/SCAM Charges

**update added to end of review**

Deceptive company. Bought “supplement” for my itchy pup that was delivered right around the new year. Happened to look at my online banking and found two separate charges mid January and mid February both for $29.99. No products were ordered or received. Upon review of other complaints- looks like they keep your payment information and process it as a subscription!? $30/mo for WHAT EXACTLY!? Literally NOTHING.

Have contacted via phone (please call back during normal business hours) and email to try and resolve this issue. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but seeing other complaints is leaving me concerned.

Beyond frustrated. Will be addressing with my bank in the morning (as I discovered this on a Sunday afternoon).

Update** - on March 1, 2026- I was finally able to speak to someone. I had called the # numerous days and times and always got the recording that it was “after business hours”. Upon speaking to the representative she insisted I had subscribed to a membership service when placing the original order. I insisted I did not, and further she could not elaborate as to what this 29.99 membership entailed. She proceeded to say she would refund back 40% of the last charge. I was unyielding and eventually she agreed to fully refund the two separate $29.99 charges, saying it would appear in 3-10 business days. On Wednesday, May 4- two days later, both charges posted to my account. I am surprised, but relieved. The amount of hassle, time and follow through required to get this outcome was extreme.
