Stay well away from this 'fake'company
Stay well away from this 'fake'company. This company never supplied services rendered. Booked a month before relocating with a baby from Spain to UK. I was quoted a very low price and was asked to put down 10 percent of the total. I was informed that they would be in contact 48-24hours before. 12 hours before the collection day, I was unable to contact them as their phones were switched off and not responding to emails. I reported the company to my bank for fraud and they agreed and froze their account. ONLY then on the collection day at 6pm did they contact me saying they still "didn't have a collection time for my belongings that day". I told them their services were no longer needed and they told me to phone my bank and te them they were a real company and to freeze their account. I subsequently, got another 3 emails that evening and the next morning requesting this.
My grievances are that there were communications up to the week of the move and then it had suddenly stopped. Having to move countries with a baby was stressful enough but then being unable to move all our belongings had caused so much stress for myself and my baby.
Needless to say, I will not be recommending this company, who obviously do not deal in any type of removals at all.
