I ordered two individual 7th birthday cards for my twin great grandchildren -different names on each. One didn’t have 7th birthday on the front - the other did.
I’ve sent two emails asking for this to be rectified. I offered to return the one lacking the printed number. I’ve had no response whatsoever. I looked tge company up on government businesses and it appears they went out of business a while ago… but they are still selling the cards on line?

I have sent an email, a message via their web page and a message via face book no response from them. I even tried calling using the phone number on the web site, which turns out to be invalid. All I want is to return the wrong card they sent me and get a refund, it may only be £2.99 but if they did this to others that £2.99 mounts up to line their pockets for free. I will continue to try and get a satisfactory response from them. Watch This Space.
