Horrible customer service

Only one of the five bands I've ordered (38167) arrived and afterwards the customer service was horrid. The person who dealt the issue was very rude, implied that I was lying about what I was saying and refused to refund me saying it was not fair because they're a small company. While I understand that, I'm not rich either and I can't just give money away for products that never arrived at my house.

We can have this conversation over every channel. Order like the 3+2 promotion stands out to others. Furthermore, I remember packing your order. Servicing Dutch and Flemish customers, your name stands out. Nothing personal. It’s a beautiful name. One of the reasons it stands out. Back to the envelope. It left with 5 bands. I can assure you. You said the sailing was untouched. Wich implies it did not leave with 5 bands. Because once the envelope has been opened, it can’t be closed without using tape. If that would be the case, someone could have been steeling the bands. Not accusing anyone here.

On the other hand. Why would we send just 1 band in a 3+2 Free promotion? We would expect customers to complain. Not a solid business plan for a company that likes to exist for more years to come. Expand even. In that case, the review board would be nothing but 1-star ratings. And rightfully so.

But we do ship the goods as told. Next to that, delivering the best customer service is our main business goal. Our customers are true kings and queens. We understand that delivering the best customer service is very important. Surly when our product can be seen as a cheap version of an original. But that is exactly what we offer. With on top of that the best help we can offer to our customers that are not at all satisfied.

I’m sorry Danielly that our customer service doesn’t reach the lengths that you expect. But sending out products twice at no cost or refunding items that were shipped are just not possible. I do not imply that you try to fraud us. It can be that you are the victim of curious and unfortunate events. And if so, I regret that it had to come this far.

We mean well with you. We truly do.
