W1tty is a great app,they have the best…
W1tty is a great app,they have the best exchange rate on the market, even better than Revolut...their support team is helpful (for real,not like other apps),their app looks professional, they have free transfers ,etc...but the still some new features like multicurrency card,joint accounts, and SEPA instant and you can compete with everyone 😉

I've lost my money
They've accredit mistakenly a sum of money on my account and I asked me to write a consent to debit the sum. I wrote the consent, but they didn't respond me and they blocked my count. I wrote several mail and messages, but I never got a replay.

Absolutely disgraceful, I’ve reached out to them multiple times through the in app chat, I’ve emailed them several times, and absolutely nothing, no reply whatsoever
They are currently holding nearly 3000£ of my money for nearly a week that has come in from clients that I need to cover costs with ASAP. And there is just absolutely no reply from them whatsoever. Leaving me with nothing to do

Good but bad at some points
I’m still using these to this day as normally they are good and have been good regarding payments. When I first joined I had to provide my ID like 5 times after each transaction which I didn’t care about and now they don’t which is good. But since last Friday 12/01/24 I’ve sent £150 to my W1TTY from my own account and is still no where to be seen. I’ve had to raise a complaint with currency cloud who is their service provider in the UK. Support has ignored me since Friday leaving all messages on “READ” aka JOE… bear in mind I’ve have 6-7 incoming payments since Friday and have been perfect. Their own provider has contacted them 2 times directly and still no response. I’m not to sure what is happy W1TTY but this could have been 5 stars. Hopefully you actually reply to me today. Management if you see this I’ve got screenshots of all the communication I sent and proof of your chat saying READ. I prefer “JACK” he reply’s in a few hours. Joe… you take about 6 days and still not replying. A small update won’t hurt sent 3 follow up emails to W1TTY also.
I would say give them a go but be careful and don’t use large amounts of your money until you feel safe. I’ve transferred £250 before to my W1TTY and it’s been fine. This is second payment missing first one was sorted within 48 hours but this £150 is still on its legs running around somewhere..

Scam company. Don't put in money, I put in 5€ and tried to order a physical card which did not work. When logging into the application 1 month later the money is gone and it says "no history" in the statement. SCAM company - BEWARE

I contact customer service again and they still hold my money, absolute scammers. Straight after my review, 2 people in the company gave this company profile 2 of 5 star reviews - to balance out the negative. Clearly, they refuse to help their customers and are more worried about balancing their ratings. Nonsense. Stay away.

Absolute thieves of your money
They won’t transfer your money.
Made a transfer on Dec 23 to Lithuanian bank. It’s been 3 days - nothing appeared. Support is just terrible - they answer in 3-5 hours. Transfers isn’t instant. They won’t transfer your money to another bank. The app is terrible also.
Look closely, they will reply with their sloppy text like “please email us and …” ignore that! They will never answer you! That is just mask for real bad review. DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT THERE, USE OTHER BANKS!

They dont let you delete your account, probably selling your data
After a month of signing up, they changed their cashback policy so I wanted to delete my account.
There was no way to delete it in the app so I hopened a chat with support.
They refused to delete it, which I believe is illegal.
Therefore I believe they profit from selling your data!
Update: they replied first that there was a button in the app to delete the account and then corrected it. I think they don't know their own app.
I contacted again support, I hope they dont take another month to delete the account.
May I add: THERES NO WAY OF DISABLING APP AND EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS, get ready for spam
