I used their Seracia.com brand for some bamboo polo shirts. The delivery was delayed (which tells me they don't keep stock or are a dropshipper) and when the items came they were all the wrong size.

They did not respond to any customer service requests, so I had to raise a card dispute.

They have closed their shopify storefront in the interim, which underlines their business ethic.

Terrible do not order I have been trying to return the badly fitting shirt since May. I have had three emails from Franklin Charles, he keeps asking for photos and offering another size I keep asking for my money back. Last communication 6th of October he said he would send me details for refund. Still waiting.......

Absolutely garbage service. Ordered 3 shirts. Sizing is ridiculous! Ordered XL and wouldn't fit my 12 nephew. Emailed twice with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Totally disgusted with this company you are lead to believe the order is coming from London and once again its from China quality ,size and condition is awful and still waiting to hear from them seen advert on Instagram shouldn't be allowed

0/10, the sizing is horribly wrong and you cannot return the product. overall super disappointing, as i would buy it again, i just need it to be around 2-3 sizes bigger

Bought 3 bamboo polo shirts size 2XL. They arrived more likely a M. Emailed and my 2 messages were rejected. BEWARE, BEWARE.

Sizing is rubbish ordered 4xl more like a medium to large tried contacting the company and no response so I have now tried going through my bank regarding a refund (fingers crossed) avoid this company

Terrible customer service as only contact is by email to which you receive no response! Shocking.

I have sent 3 emails regarding the sizing of their so called bamboo polo shirts and still no answer, ordered xxl and shirts are between a small and a medium, bought 3 because of their deal on the website but I think I have just thrown money down the drain.
I have just noticed though on their website it gives you a contact us address, but isn’t .com only gives you .co at the end could this be the problem of no response 🤷‍♂️

Very effective marketing, and I was persuaded to purchasing a couple of bamboo shirts. As previously highlighted, these are NOT UK sizes - but the company makes no mention of that in its marketing of the product. I have sought a refund, and will await a response, albeit there is a 30% restocking charge?? They also state that the product has to be returned showing no signs of having the seal broken??? How in heavens name are you supposed to find out if the product fits or not without opening the package?? In addition, the one that I opened had been opened previously as the cardboard insert was badly crumpled, and, the garment had a nauseating odour. I am awaiting a response to my request for a refund.

6 days since I contacted customer support through the suggested email and I've received no response. The only thing I do have is a marketing email asking me to leave a review, which I've duly done.

Many other reviewers are reporting the same issue for the bamboo polo shirts - too small / too short - and getting no support from the company.

Buyer beware!

Update: any critical reviews on the site are removed. Look elsewhere or risk losing your money...

Eagerly awaited polo shirts arrived today. I ordered large. Shirts were small and the material quality was awful. Shall be returning but apparently at my cost!
