I just bought my first ever electic car from Volskswagen Valby and the experience was good throughout the whole process! from the initial contact to the day I picked up my car. I had great help from both Simon and Mathias. They were very patient and explained all the details. Thanks again and will definitely come back for my next car.

Terrible service from workshop. Took my car in over 2 weeks ago, they said they would have time to look at it. I call every day, but no-one answers and I get put through to a help desk who say they will follow up but nothing happens. I would have taken my car elsewhere if they had said they were busy. Still no car, it is coming up to Christmas and complete silence from them. Am so cross about this and will not buy another VW/Skoda again because of this.

We visited the show room in Valby several times and we were assisted by both Mathias and Patrick. They are both very welcoming, friendly and available.
Comunication was clear and easy and especially they adjust delivery day to our needs.

VW Valby can only be described as smooth and easy. The whole experience was simple, clear and straightforward and I really appreciate Patrick who helped me out a lot and was really good with communicating, negotiating and delivering on his word.
