We ordered a telescope mid February

We ordered a telescope mid February. Ordered before x o'clock, delivered tomorrow.
No... So sorry for the inconvenience, but we we are out of stock.
Today the telescope arrived. During the unpacking we could clearly see that this was a second hand device.
There was a sticker, partially removed of the previous address it was send to (somewhere in Belgium). Everything was previously unpacked already, plastic removed.
Batteries included, but flat / empty.
Damaged paint on the tube of the telescope.
Tried to phone this company, but to no result.
If zero stars only would be possible...

Beginner friendly

The telescope was very easy to install and very fast delivered! I still haven’t been able to fully use it yet because of the cloudy weather but it looks very promising! The only thing I struggled with this far was getting rid of the plastic on the adjustments.

Great product

The Galaxus telescope arrived within a week (most of this time was due to local couriers), I called at some point, wondering about the delay, and spoke to a very friendly and helpful guy at Vultus. The telescope was very well packed, and the instructions for assembly were easy to follow. So far, we are very happy with it.

Good telescope, quick issue-solving, not great phoneholder

I got a 50080 telescope for my birthday, and I think in general it is a great product.
The tripod is good quality, and the carrying bag is a nice addition.
Sadly I had issue with my finderscope, which was a bit of a downside, as my e-mail got lost about it for a bit, but after I called, the problem was handled quickly, and after I got a new one the next day, thanks to Max.
The phoneholder for making pictures is not that great, had a lot of frustrations with it.
