Exact same experience. Completely unethical auto renewals even after saying in writing I didn't want my contract to auto renew. Account manager at the time said he'd make a note of it because he couldn't adjust the contact and because he's now left they haven't held their word. Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced to-date. Something radical needs to change otherwise they won't operate for much longer..

Echoing other reviews: it seems that Vuelio is deliberately sneaky about their billing. We ended up accidentally contracting with them due to misleading UI. This speaks volumes about the quality of their service -- they're clearly not confident in their product and are desperate to get revenue through trickery. Our advice is to AVOID.
Underhand contracts
Please, if you are thinking of working with Vuelio, make sure you understand the contract in full. They are deliberately underhand about the way they bill you and renew your subscription automatically. I have ended up double paying for a subscription this year and they refuse to help. It's very slippery and they are unreasonable in their negotiations.
