I had a great experience with Layla from customer support. She was very polite, patient, and helpful in answering my questions about changing my trading server.
She clearly explained that an existing account cannot be moved to a different server and guided me step by step on how to open a new account with the correct server (Live 2 – New York). Her instructions were easy to understand and saved me a lot of time.

Another scam now a days from Vtmarkets guys be aware from this fraud broker. They reset your trading password all of the sudden in between the active trades and blow account from back-end.
